What I wanted and what I got in the photo. I came to print the certificate. He told me his preferences for the thickness of the paper. As it turned out,(they told me this already at another printing center) I didn't choose photo paper at all. As a result, the colors are pale, not at all what I wanted. There were no offers to try it on another paper. I paid for the cutting and printing, said goodbye, and, not hearing anything in response, went to another printing center, where they did everything right for half the money.
I understand that clients can be stupid and ignorant, but it's not so difficult to tell and show how everything is better. There is no customer orientation, which means that the client pays more here, while receiving nothing.

The work is much darker and not as bright as in the electronic version. All the work is in stripes, fingerprints in the corner, a Ramadan print on the bottom, all the black parts in tiny white dots.

Today, in the truest sense of the word, our thesis was saved, the exam was already beginning, it is impossible to find a place where you can quickly print it. I felt like I was in a shot from "zveropolis" at the post office with a sloth 🙈 The print quality leaves much to be desired, the operator lacks customer orientation, and I did not get the expected result. I had to go to another place to print. I do not recommend it.

If you need to print / copy A4, then it's quite for yourself.
As for the widescreen, it's a complete thump. Not only is it printed for a million years (10 minutes for sure), and with all this, it is also in A0 format.
That is, you need A2, but it will be printed on A0 and they will say that the cutting is 5p per sheet. Sorry, but it's clearly not a customer problem that you don't have the right formats.

There are no questions about printing and prices, it was repeatedly printed, everything was fine up to a certain point.. According to the staff: there is one character there who spoiled the mood, and in general, the desire to come there again. The statements "it wasn't me who put the sheet crookedly, it's your layout that's bad", "you probably want me dead", and "because of people like you, my brain is boiling" and the refusal to help print the layout or at least explain it correctly are unlikely to please anyone. I consider this a direct disrespect to the client. Yes, also because of my inattention, I did not see the cropped text. Is it really so difficult to help fix it, to explain the nuances properly so that everything is fine?? I advise the management to at least review the personnel and have a conversation about the attitude towards customers.

The print quality is pretty mediocre. Upon closer inspection, I noticed streaks of paint on each of the photos.
They give the finished pictures almost just into their hands: when I asked them to put something in, they gave me a small transparent file with a dissatisfied look.
I read the previous review and realized that it did not seem to me: angry employees really work in the photo salon, with whom it is quite unpleasant to communicate.
