If it were possible, I would have set minus 5. I had to scan the large-format drawings, they told me to wait 1 hour, I arrived at 1:30 - not ready. They told us to wait a little longer, then another, and after 2:45 a.m. they said we would send you the results by email. When other customers came, my order was put aside. No one thought to apologize. The result was sent, but in the end, 2 of the 11 sheets were poorly made, they need to be redone. Terrible, complete disregard. There is no response to calls and messages. I don't recommend it...

The serving woman didn't even say hello in response, they told her to transfer the payment to a card, and they didn't issue a receipt. The photos were printed out quickly, there are no questions.

A very nice and polite woman took a picture of me and quickly took it. I just don't know if a 3*4 photo costs 15 rubles or not. Otherwise, I liked it.
