Polite. The place is designed more for those who picked up the film for the first time and are happy with any visible image on it after its digitization. For those who know how a film photo should look right, there may be surprises and disappointments. I digitized the film from them several times and got the result as from a digital box. And the people who work there teach others and conduct master classes. To get a good result, you need to discuss everything with them in detail so that they understand what you want from them. And you just need to scan the film so that it can be seen that it was taken on film. Negotiate everything with them in advance, otherwise the result will be unpredictable.

Right away, I will say that I will evaluate the printing of photos with numbers. The colors turned out to be faded, especially red. Strange shades were added to the highlights. In highlights there is a slight dip in color, although in Photoshop they are. There is no pure black color, it has a brown tinge. In general, the color is not clean. In fact, I would put 3 stars, but I really liked the staff. They're great. They tried very hard and were polite. Thanks to them.

The website says to make an application, call the number or write to the mail. I called during the day-they didn't pick up the phone. There was no reply by mail. At about 19.00, the manager called. She didn't introduce herself. She answered rudely that she needed to write on Instagram or telegram, which was not indicated on the site. In general, the girl was rude, incompetent. There was a negative impression from the very beginning. But I still think that the organization justifies its rating in Yandex, and it is worth using the services, despite the fact that the employee created a false impression.

Great photo lab. I was shown twice in the C41 process and scanned on Fuji Frontire SP-3000, I am very satisfied with the quality, even though my purchased mechanics, as it turned out, had problems with winding the film and most of the frames were overlaid. At the first scan, due to the same problem, there were fewer frames than paid for, so they made a refund of 3.5 rubles., At the second scan they put a sleeper.
They also sell film, the prices are adequate, they are not always available, but this is the trouble of the RB market, so I subscribed to instagram and telegram to be aware of fresh shipments. There is a winding (aerocolor 125, etc.), a coupon for free development is attached to the C41 film, very nice.
I have now bought a conditionally working camera and a film to check. I'll take it here for development. So I found my lab)

Great place! I use the guys' services all the time. Everything is always at an excellent level. I won't talk about prices, because analog photography is not cheap in principle. An ambiguous opinion. Sometimes they are normal, sometimes they do it to leave me alone (a dirty word). I wrote earlier that my development has a gradient due to the negligence of the laboratory assistant. I'll attach a fresh one – when I was too lazy to rotate the barrel with the film and the result is streaks to the edge. Photos are different films. Thank you bleat.
