The hotel is exactly 3 stars. Sooo hard mattresses in the rooms, my back and sides hurt for a long time afterwards, it was impossible to sleep, I had to put clothes and pillows under the sheet to somehow fall asleep. The staff are extortionists and deceivers. When we were with a lonely elderly tourist, we were charged 1100 baht for allegedly staining a pillowcase. Take pictures of all the holes in the sheets, all the stains.otherwise, you will end up with money. Even calling the police didn't do anything until the woman's daughter-in-law arrived and caused a scandal in the police.

We had a rest during the January holidays. The room is great with a view of the pool and a piece of the bay) the assessment is such to the staff- the feeling that we owe them something. And the rules are like in prison, you can't eat in the room, for example. So they look at what they would be fined for.

Great hotel. Comfortable rooms. The staff is polite and attentive. And most importantly, the convenience of the location. Both the center and Jomtien can be easily reached by tuk-tuk or on foot.

There is practically no cleaning in the room (they will make the bed, add soap accessories, throw out the garbage), in 12 days the bed linen was changed once (and then on request) and the floors in the room were washed a couple of times, the floors were not washed on the balcony and bathroom. The pool is only open until 19:00

The main disadvantage is the lack of WiFi in the rooms, only in the lobby on the ground floor and then at a certain time (from 10.30 to 06.00). Once we did not count 2 glasses in the room, after which we were billed for them. After long proceedings, our money was returned, but we still did not understand why it was taken and billed.

I really like this hotel! I rested in it 3 times, in 2011,2014 and in 2018-2019 on New Year's Eve. Monotonous breakfasts, but always fresh and very tasty!!! We always fulfilled requests for check-in at the hotel, always on time room cleaning and very high quality!) Close to the shore-a 5-minute walk through 7 elevators and a fruit market! A clean beach with cafes and sun loungers!
