In addition to Kao Lak, we went to the sightseeing. We left at lunchtime, managed to get enough sleep. We visited the Big Buddha, the Observation Deck, the old town and the market in Phuket Town. They also bought a lot of souvenirs there. P.S. We contacted another "agency", where after buying the tour, an agent named Anastasia did not pick up the phone on the phone even once. In the morning, we waited at the reception with two families for almost 2 hours for the transfer to Phi Phi and no one answered. And then this "agency" started changing names and pictures, deleting reviews. Beware of such half-wits!

There is no intense heat, it is cloudy and not so dangerous in the sun. But even so, we come home smoked. About the excursions. The first was a trip to Phi Phi and Bamba. Firstly, manager Alexander gave detailed information on the weather conditions for the week, there was a transfer, the guides were not intrusive at all, very positive and kind. We liked Maxim and Julia very much. Snorkeling is wonderful, I even managed to see sharks. The islands are beautiful, magical, as if in films, not a single photo will convey the beauty of Thai nature. The second service of the Phuket Plus agency was the Cabaret Simon event. It's an incredibly beautiful show, with colorful costumes, cool dancing and music. They are so incredibly beautiful, even my conservative husband was delighted with the production. I checked ticket prices with local Thai tour agencies, and in Phuket Plus, I was convinced of the honesty of the company. The third trip was a sightseeing tour of Phuket, the guide was Roman. Very calm, I liked that we were not taken to retail outlets, but only to observation decks and attractions so that we could take pictures and see Thai Buddhism. If this is your first time in Phuket, we recommend it, because just going to the temple without understanding where you are and what kind of building - there is no point. The fourth trip was the Yao Yai Palm Beach Resort. We were so lucky that there was no one on the island except our family. The whole recreation area was for us, as I understand it, due to the lack of an influx of tourists during the rainy season. In the evening, a group sailed, but even she did not interfere with us. There are a lot of photo zones for instagrammers and tick-tockers. The food was pleasantly surprised, we thought it would be a typical buffet, but we were served a table for four like in a restaurant! We are Muslims, Kazakhs, and it is difficult in Thailand, because pork is everywhere, and it was there that all the food with chicken was, as an employee of the resort shared with us, Muslims live on this island, so the food is like this. In general, all four tours that we took as a family left only pleasant and warm memories. Not a single complaint. And most importantly, it is safe, and it seemed to me that the prices, in comparison with other Thai tour companies, are lower or the same. Moreover, manager Alexander even helped in the search for exchange offices, shops and retail outlets. Thank you very much for creating warm memories of our lives. This is one of the happiest trips. This type of vacation is one of the main ones on this tour, and all tour agencies include this type of service, except for you. Unfortunately, your agent did not focus on this important point, as a result of which we were faced with an unpleasant surprise. In the description of the tour, it was indicated that you can additionally rent a boat ride, while not the manager, nor did you say that this is one of the important activities and without it, you will just sit on the boat and wait for all tourists to enjoy riding on beautiful long boats, while all tourists are riding on boats, we purchased a package from other agencies, only we purchased it from you, so we had to pay 900 baht extra. We needed to be aware of such important details in advance to avoid such inconveniences. This additional payment condition significantly increased the total cost of our trip. We noticed that the price difference between your tour and the offers from other agencies was insignificant. If we had known in advance about the additional payment for boating, we might have preferred to choose another agency with more transparent conditions. We believe that the agency should be more honest and actively inform clients about the services and activities excluded from the tour package. Boating in the Pile Lagoon is a popular pastime, and probably many tourists will want to take advantage of this opportunity. When travelers trust your agency, it is important to provide them with all the necessary information to make an informed decision. She clearly organized the whole group, told a lot of interesting things. We visited Maya Bay after the opening - words cannot express how beautiful it is there. A Russian-speaking employee comes to the hotel, who really advises and helps to arrange excursions, gives advice on rest in Tae 4. On excursions, Russian guides, we signed additional insurance on the pier, the boats are new, you do not need to pay extra during the tour 5. Phuket has a plus voucher in Russian and it is indicated in which cases you can postpone the tour or refund the money, they do not fool your head. We got sick and couldn't go on one last tour, applied 2 days before departure for it and the employee brought the entire amount to the hotel, with a smile and health wishes. I read reviews about excursions and miracle guides and decided that we would definitely go. But we were probably unlucky...our guide was Tatiana... We have never met more silent guides. We drove 1.5 hours to the elephant house and rafting on rafts just in silence, there is also silence at the waterfalls: we passed in silence, looked in silence (Tatiana stayed below), returned and left. Well, we didn't find out anything about the recumbent one either. All the information was that: monkeys on the left, a temple and three caves on the right...and we went, and Tatiana stayed to drink coffee in the cafe, waiting for our return.. By tradition, we also drove back in silence, skipping a walk along the Sarasin Bridge and the observation deck. Upon return, they informed the administration about the strange behavior of the guide, promised to investigate, but there was no response. It's a pity that we were so unlucky. The tour itself is wonderful: elephants, rafting, lunch with elephants, etc., etc. Everything is well organized and thought out, but no one has canceled the human factor. In our case, Tatiana was of no use, we might as well have gone on an excursion just with a driver. Tip: when choosing a tour, first of all be interested in the guide and read reviews about him.

I want to share my sad experience of purchasing an excursion from this organization. Perhaps someone will think before buying a tour in this place. For full understanding, I attach screenshots of correspondence with Alexander, the head. On December 9th, I sent a request to book a fantasy show. (Screen 1) We agreed on the number of seats, time and date. On December 11, a courier came to us for payment and issued a receipt. The name of the tour stated: Siam Niramit. (Screen 2) As a person who is in Phuket for the first time, I did not know about the existence of other shows. And I've only heard about the most popular thing - fantasy. Actually, I wanted to get to him. Therefore, the name of the tour in the receipt did not bother me. Well, I shouldn't, as a tourist, understand all the subtleties. I thought that this was the general name of some kind of complex where this show takes place. I ordered from a specialist, paid the money and trusted his professionalism. But we ended up on the wrong show, I realized that in the process. I was sitting and waiting for the elephant show all the time (I read about it in advance in the fantasy reviews). But he wasn't there, so in the morning I wrote to Alexander (screenshots 3-6). He admitted his mistake, that he sent us to the wrong show. Then there was a call from him, where he explained that "he doesn't know why it happened, maybe he had a headache when placing an order, or he didn't get enough sleep, so he made a mistake." One thing I don't understand is why I had to pay 4,900 baht (which is almost 10,000 rubles) for someone's mistake. Alexander said that he was not going to solve this issue in any way. When it became clear to me that it was useless to continue to prove my case, I informed that all I could do was write negative reviews on all sites where possible. Which is exactly what I'm doing. And here's the most interesting thing: Alexander started shouting, calling me a fraud and a blackmailer. After that, he sent me an article about defamation, which is criminally punishable in Thailand. He threatened that I would have to answer for "slander". (Screen 8) So, I inform you that slander is when I made something up. But here is a completely different story. I'm telling the truth: the man took the money, sent it to the wrong show and refused to be responsible for it. And the message that I will write a review is not blackmail. As a deceived customer, I have the right to share my story. So that other people think before booking a tour with this organization. Otherwise, you run the risk of receiving threats and accusations in your direction instead of positive emotions.
