We picked it up like this - we agreed on 14, then when 14 came and I asked where, they said it was raining, we would be at 17. They eventually picked it up after 19. And you have to sit on your vacation and wait for them. 3. The bike was brought back, an ancient one, already manufactured in 2012 (more than 12 years old). Everything is battered, the brakes are ineffective and with backlashes, the headlights barely shine, there is no keyless entry, etc. the helmets are padded, the visors are worn out, that nothing can be seen through them during the day. 4. And here is the most interesting part. The next day I write to them - guys, I don't really like the bike, maybe I'll pay extra and take something newer from you? So in response, they immediately started insulting me, writing "we don't need people like you as customers, denial of service" and other nonsense. Russian Russian is clearly unknown to the man behind the business account and, in general, he is trying to assert himself at your expense with the help of a Google translator, because he does not know Russian, English, or polite language. 5. As a result, it's a big waste of money and time on your vacation. I accepted that I got into this mess, returned the bike with a fine and ordered it from another place with excellent service. 6. The correspondence with this character is attached. Please note that after he wrote nasty things, he deleted or corrected them from the correspondence, like he's a sweetheart. But I managed to take a screenshot of everything except the very first insult, I don't remember what exactly was there.
