We stayed at the hotel from April 5 to April 14, 2025. After reading the negative reviews before the flight, we were preparing for the "worst." But the hotel left only positive impressions.: - friendly and helpful staff: starting from check-in (when you are offered a welcome drink from the road), and throughout the rest (they helped you contact the taxi driver when he went to the wrong place, they came and kicked the gecko out of the room on demand, they are always smiling and, most importantly, they understand all your requests); - clean, fresh and spacious room (from the features: there is no closet, only an open hanger and drawers for linen), a safe in the room, a small refrigerator, a kettle (bottled water is updated every day, you can drink it without boiling, the water is not in glass, but in plastic), air conditioning (but surprisingly we slept without it (and in the room we really only slept), the room is so spacious, plus the shady side, so that there was no heat and stuffiness), a bathroom with a full-fledged bathtub (the water pressure is good, the only thing is that it takes a while to adjust the water temperature); - a small balcony with a sofa, a table and a clothes dryer - so everything is fine with that (it was just in the reviews that there was no way to dry the laundry), but we knew that the laundry in Thailand dries badly due to humidity, so we tried to take clothes and beach accessories from quick-drying fabrics.); - an assortment of breakfast dishes: porridge, eggs (fried eggs, hard-boiled eggs), rice ("Thai style" with egg, herbs, vegetables), vegetable stews (broccoli, cauliflower), necessarily some kind of dish with chicken, chicken sausages, potatoes (fries, mashed potatoes), pasta, bread, toast, cheese, ham, fresh vegetables (cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce), fruits (watermelon, pineapple), pancakes/waffles, muffins, jams; - throughout the day, you can eat at the hotel in the restaurant format (which is also convenient when returning from trips or excursions and you don't always want to "go outside"), the dishes are on the menu, the menu is varied, the prices are like everywhere else, everything that was tasted was delicious (rice with shrimp in pineapple, baked fish, seafood pizza, tom yam); - a warm, clean swimming pool (every morning at breakfast we watched how it was cared for, washed and cleaned), a Jacuzzi, umbrellas and sun beds, music plays in the afternoon and evening; - Karon Beach is a 15-minute walk away, along the way you can buy fruits, visit souvenir shops and cosmetics; - there is a shuttle service from the hotel to Kata beach: daily (except Saturdays) from 9:00 to 17:00 every two hours there is a "la tuk-tuk" for 8-10 people, the journey time takes the same 15 minutes; - the hotel has its own massage parlor and a children's room. The urban hotel is probably more suitable for adult active people who come not for a hotel vacation, but rather for a seaside vacation, want to visit different beaches, go to the islands, although among vacationers and families with children of different ages, everything is individual. We are satisfied with the rest, we recommend the hotel!

We were at the hotel by Fortune, we did not know where they would initially settle, but we were pleasantly surprised that we got this hotel, and even on Karon! A small laconic room with a designer, albeit not very fresh, renovation. Everything you need is there! The staff is friendly, the breakfasts are quite arranged, the most important advantage is that there are few residents, there are always a lot of free tables and sun loungers by the pool. Chamber atmosphere, unobtrusive music, good location. The beach is 800 meters away, but we always walked with pleasure past the shops and numerous cafes, which are tastier and more pleasant to be in, and cheaper than on the beach! It's the same story with stores... They bought everything cheaper than at the night market, which was open on Tuesdays and Fridays 100 meters from the hotel on the territory of the temple. By the way, the cheapest bike rental is near the temple! A large number of chain stores, pharmacies and exchangers. A quiet and pleasant place, the price is more than consistent with the quality! For 4 stars, it may almost fall short, but the isolated location bribed!

We had a rest from 04/10/2025-04/18/2025. The hotel is located 10 minutes from the beach. The rooms are clean! The kitchen is at the highest level, especially for those who care that there is no unsanitary conditions! You can eat both Thai and Russian cuisine. We even ordered dumplings with potatoes on the last day. The great advantage is that the pool is open around the clock! Always clean. And the staff is just wonderful!!! I would especially like to say a huge thank you to the waiter, whose name is Koen. The kid could do everything and everywhere! I definitely recommend it to everyone, as the hotel is always quiet and away from the road.

We stayed in this department from 19.11 to 01.12.2024. we are generally satisfied. Breakfasts are always the same, but you could choose:porridge, fried eggs, stewed vegetables,potatoes, pasta,sausages,sausage,sliced bread,croutons (very tasty) and pancakes (with red sauce or honey-top!) **A delightful hotel in the heart of Caron!** I recently vacationed at this wonderful hotel in Phuket and I want to share my enthusiastic impressions! **** The location is ideal: just a 10—minute leisurely walk to Karon beach, while the hotel is located in a quiet corner, but in the very center of the area. Nearby (literally two steps away!) there is everything you need: 7-Eleven, pharmacies, a market, many cozy cafes and shops. Convenient for both recreation and the surrounding area! **The hotel's infrastructure** pleased us: a spacious swimming pool, its own cafe with delicious breakfasts (included in the price!), and there is also a massage parlor with affordable prices on site. A separate delight is Thai massage: professionals who know their business! ** The room** is comfortable and thoughtful: air conditioning, refrigerator, TV with Russian channels (for nostalgia or background). Everything was working fine. Cleaning was done daily, towels were changed on request, and bed linen was changed every three days. Cleanliness and order! **Food** is a separate plus: the breakfasts are varied, fresh and delicious. In the hotel's cafe, you could find options for every taste. **The staff** is friendly, smiling, and always ready to help. At first glance, when checking into the hotel (there were 4* according to Fortune), there was a great desire to change the room and even the hotel... There was no balcony in the room, and one towel per person was generally killed! And it's not close to the beach! Then the walk from the beach to the hotel seemed pleasant with cafes and shops along the way. And it was nice to sit in the pool in the evening... The pool was not closed, night lighting and hydro massage with relaxing unobtrusive music in the bar. The hotel is 4 stars, but it pulls on a weak 3. Upon check-in, a deposit of 3000 baht. The territory is small. Balconies are only in one of the three buildings. There are no elevators. The room without a balcony is a little dark, the bed linen is old, towels one per person, kettle, cups, coffee and cream, a bottle of water per person, refrigerator, safe, wardrobe, cabinets, TV, shower, bed and sofa, clothes dryer, beach mats, shampoo, gel, toothbrushes, hats, sewing kit. The pool is shallow. The breakfasts are quite decent. The bar is open from morning until the last customer, music is on site from morning until late at night. There is a shuttle service to the chain hotel on Kata Beach. Karon beach is 15 minutes away, past the exchangers and all kinds of cafes. Near the hotel there is a temple where night markets are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, mini Big C, Tops, 7 Eleven. There is a public transport stop nearby, the fare costs 40 baht. The staff at the hotel is friendly, but at check-out they try to deduct money from the deposit for allegedly leaving stains on old towels and sheets....

The location is good, it's not noisy under the window, shops nearby, hairdresser, laundry room, exchanger, massage - everything is at hand Breakfast is monotonous. There are always sausages, potatoes, noodles, yogurt, herbs, cucumbers, juice, coffee. It's always the same breakfast. You can have lunch and dinner right in the hotel restaurant, where the breakfasts were held, the prices are not higher than in other cafes on the street. On Tuesday and Friday evenings, there is a market nearby in the temple. You can buy a lot of necessary and unnecessary things and have a delicious dinner. According to the schedule, a tuk-tuk from the hotel takes you to Kata beach, from there you can take a hotel tuk-tuk to Pattong, as an option to try several beaches for free. One thing that slightly spoiled the feeling of the hotel was the moment of eviction. They left $200 as a deposit upon check-in. For two weeks, we didn't pay attention to the bedding, that it was a little stained with stains that couldn't be washed, a little torn somewhere, and the same with towels... and at the end of the vacation, we were charged 480 Baht for stains on the sheet. And they withheld it from this deposit. So, the hotel is good, but the aftertaste remains unpleasant.

It's a nice hotel. Delicious breakfasts are right at 5. There is no elevator, which is a huge minus. The rooms are very tiny but cozy. The shower is barely running and the watering can is dangling, although it is newly renovated. The biggest disadvantage is their air conditioner, which howls and blows directly onto the bed. Check everything upon arrival to the room, as questions may arise after check-out. We had a broken shelf, and we asked to fix it right away. The deposit at the entrance is 3000 baht. The cleaning is so-so, I wiped the sand off the floor and that's it, if the bed is made, then the sand remains on the sheets. Towel 1 per person, changed 3 times in 2 weeks. There is a hairdryer, kettle, refrigerator. The territory is small, clean. The pool is 120 cm, it is normal for older children. They clean it every morning, in the evening you can swim for a long time. In terms of food, breakfast is a little poor, but not bad. The fruits have always been watermelon, pineapple, and melon type. We had an additional paid dinner (when buying a tour). And here is a dinner menu, a completely different cuisine- and tom yam, tom kha, shrimp, squid, fish, burgers, rice with seafood, various shakes with mango, pineapple and more. No restrictions in the order. The staff is responsive, they work quickly.

We traveled by fortune for the first time, so we were even ready to sleep on the beach, but we were really lucky with the hotel. At first, for 2 days we were accommodated in a huge room with a balcony and a view of the garden. Then they moved to the main building on the 4th floor in a small room, but we didn't need more. The windows overlooked the pool and the bar. On the very first evening, I asked to turn down the music in the bar and she stopped interfering in the room and helped me wake up in the morning))). Everywhere there was a fresh renovation, good plumbing, illuminated mirrors, a safe with a code, a new air conditioner. The hotel is located away from the road, so you can't hear the noise of the road and bars with live music. It takes 13 minutes to get to the beach slowly and with visits to the store, we like to walk, so the distance did not bother us. The sea is gentle, warm, transparent. The beach is urban, there are no toilets and foot washes. Opposite the hotel is the 5-star Paradox Hotel. If you are lucky and the guard lets you through, you can walk to the beach through quiet streets and there are footwashers. There is a sunbed on the beach for 100 baht per day, when you leave, warn the seller that you will return or they may resell. The beach is calm, there are not many people, there are enough sun beds. The sand crunches under your feet as if you are walking on snow.))) There is a car from the hotel to the Tuana chain hotel on Kata beach, you can go there to the beach. We didn't like it there because there are sooo many people. The breakfasts are excellent: pancakes with various jams, vegetables: cucumbers, tomatoes, greens, fruits: watermelon, pineapple, melon, pasta, breakfast cereals, sausages, various sausages, boiled eggs, fried, coffee, tea, juices, glass noodles with vegetables and chicken fillet, toasts. On the way to the beach, we found a new restaurant "Black Forest" with a business lunch for 250 baht (3 dishes and a drink). The most profitable currency exchange turned out to be on the corner in front of the beach. At the hotel, upon arrival, they take a deposit of 3000 baht, do not give the room keys until you pay, the change room is just around the corner to the left. On the nearby Patong beach, there is nowhere to fall, we were happy that we were not so quiet and calm. Lots of restaurants and bars with live music. The hotel's restaurant plays live music twice a week and if you come up, they will let you sing your karaoke song and play along on the guitar. There is a pond in which there are fat frogs that sing very loudly when it gets dark. The pool is clean and open until the last customer. Wi-FI is good, fast, only when returning to the hotel you need to enter the password, the people said the same thing. In bars and restaurants on the street, they give you a Wi-Fi password without any problems. Nice hotel)))) Solid 4! The sea is heavenly)))

They won't let you sleep here, the staff starts running through the corridors at 7 a.m., slamming doors, starting cleaning. They will also try to break in to you without warning, even though you have a sign hanging: No need to clean up. Everything in the hotel is very old, the toilet in the room is leaking, the shower in the bathroom fills the entire bathroom. When we arrived, we found the windows open, and as a result, a bunch of mosquitoes in the room. Managers don't speak English from the word at all. Don't even think about it. There is no elevator. The contingent of guests leaves much to be desired. I do not recommend it!

The only thing that brightens up the feeling is that we rested in Thailand for the first time and there is nothing to compare it with (hotels in the Russian Black Sea region do not count, they are in the red by several points at once). The view from the window: in our case, it was missing, or rather, it rested on the mountain on the slope of which the hotel was built. However, from the facade there is a slightly more picturesque view of the veranda and pool located below. The room has minimalism in the loft style, the quality of the furniture (it looks like homemade) raises questions and leaves much to be desired. The air conditioner could not be set up for comfortable cooling in a week, either you freeze (it blows over the bed), or it does not cool the space further than one and a half meters from it. There are also questions about the cleanliness of the rooms (and bed linen), although they are cleaned every day. From the second day of stay to the sixth, small ants began to overcome. They tried to solve this problem several times quickly, but ineffectively. The declared room (3 adults + 1 child) was converted from a double room by adding a narrow flimsy bed to it, in which they regularly forgot to change the bedding. The food is passable by the type of buffet, although it was difficult to feed a three-year-old child, due to the lack of dairy products in principle (but this is the problem of the entire food service in Phuket, not only the hotel). The veranda at the hotel is cozy, the bar is open in the evening and often live music for visitors. Next to the large swimming pool there is a children's pool, the water in which heats up quickly. The staff is friendly, but this does not really compensate for the inconveniences of everyday life. The hotel is listed as four stars, but it hardly pulls three.

The pool is really chlorinated very much. The location itself is not bad, there is everything within walking distance: exchangers, laundries, cafes, fruit stands, massage parlors, bike rentals. In general, it's not bad, but if there was a choice of a hotel closer to the sea, then they would probably choose a closer one. It is not very comfortable to stomp km before the hotel after the sea is wet and salty

We visited this hotel in November 2019. The hotel has a convenient location: in a quiet side street next to the main street.The sea is 1 km away. We took the deluxe. The deposit is 2000 baht, it is returned upon eviction or you can spend it in a cafe or on a massage. The room is large and bright. The room has a microwave, refrigerator with a sea camera, hair dryer, TV without Russian channels. The bathroom is combined with a toilet, a full bath, not a shower cabin. Also in the room there is a large bed with a comfortable mattress, an ottoman, a bedside table 1, a wardrobe, a safe, air conditioning, a table, a chair 1. On the balcony there is a table and chairs, a clothes dryer. They are cleaned every day, the floor is washed. You can not dirty the bed linen - a fine of 1000 baht. There is a cafe at the hotel, we ate there too. The only drawback is that by the end of the 2nd week, the smell of mold appeared from pillows and clothes.

We rested there with a child in January 2019.A lot of bad reviews, I was very shocked, we were satisfied. Very nice area, not a box near the road. The pool is always clean and barely smells of bleach.The staff is nice and smiling. The rooms are modest. We had a huge bed, TV, refrigerator, shower, air conditioning, safe. Cleaning every day.There is hot water in the room. The breakfasts are not bad. Omelette, sausages, salad, Hawaiian mixture, watermelon, potatoes, noodles, bread, two types of jam, cereals.Tea,coffee,milk,water,2 types of juice. It takes 15 minutes to get to the sea slowly. We pass by a very beautiful temple.There is a night market on the territory of the temple, 2 times a week. For that kind of money, this is a great hotel. We were very satisfied)) By the way, the owner is Turkish and understands Russian well. In case of anything, it will always help.

The room was spacious, it was cleaned properly. The wifi in the room was so-so, but it was there. There was enough on social media, but with difficulty. Wi-Fi is better at the reception and in the restaurant. There is a swimming pool and a sauna. The pool is pleasant, but cool, because it is often in the shade. At the entrance, you need a deposit of a couple thousand baht, so you need cash right away if you don't want to walk 5 minutes to the exchanger (2 profitable ones near the intersection with the main street) while your wife is sitting on the couch at the reception. The location of the hotel, on the one hand, far from the beach, turned out to be actually very successful, because exchangers, restaurants and pharmacies in this area are much more profitable. On the corner with the main street, as you walk out of the hotel, there is a large store full of everything from souvenirs to clothes, suitcases and household items. Plus, the evening market, which is on Karon twice a week, is a 5-minute walk away. In general, looking at all the pros and cons, we were very satisfied.

The necessary minimum of amenities are available, including a hairdryer, a kettle and a set of dishes for two. The room has a sink with a countertop, air conditioning and a safe in the closet. Total cleaning only for tips, however, it doesn't matter how much. What for 20, what for 100 baht, everything was cleaned out the same way. The breakfasts are the same every morning, so if you go for more than 7 days, there is no point in taking them - we were sick of them for 22 days, even though we did not go to them every day. The deposit upon check-in - 2000 baht was returned without any problems. At the reception, it was difficult with English and Russian, sometimes it took a long time to explain. But right there you can rent a scooter inexpensively. The distance to the sea is 900 meters or a little less, which did not bother us at all. But in the evening there is complete silence in the hotel and if the day was stressful and full of impressions, you will definitely be able to fall asleep. Nearby there are all the necessary shops, a night market, a pharmacy, massage parlors and everything that is popular in Thailand.

I understand that we are not going to sit on the Internet, but in the evening, for example, I want to chat, share photos. The rooms are neat, quite cozy, there is a safe (without extra charges), a TV with Russian channels. I saw a gecko in the room a couple of times. Upon arrival, they take a deposit of 2000 baht, they can be spent on a massage or food in a cafe at the hotel, but the massage is not the best, and the food is too, they gave me a deposit at check-out. Breakfast is meager, and it's the same every day, I've been eating scrambled eggs with toast + coffee and watermelon for 2 weeks. Every day. Because I didn't want to eat cold tasteless potatoes and rice, and there was no choice anymore.

The difference is still not big. For breakfast, everything is the same every day: rice, noodles, French fries, salad without dressing, boiled eggs, you can ask for an omelette, sausages (not tasty), tea and coffee are also not ice. Of the sweets and desserts, only watermelon and toasted white bread with jam. The room is cleaned every day. They change towels, make the bed, take out the trash, wash the floor. The mirror was splattered all over at the end of the vacation, and no one was going to wipe it. The water in the hotel has some kind of lime coating. There is almost never any hot water. Upon check-in, they charge 2000 baht per room. If nothing is broken, it will be returned upon eviction. They are very critical of stains on bed linen and towels! Once after cleaning, 1 towel was not reported to us. Well noticed. So they could hang us and shake off the money. The pool is tiny. Only for children. Take a room on a higher floor and tightly close the windows and doors - all kinds of animals are climbing.
