There is a large swimming pool and an aqua park for children under 10 years old. Of the cons: weak animation (compared to Turkey, but the guys are trying). You need to take a bus to the sea (2nd line hotel), but buses run often and take 5 minutes to go, this was not a problem for us. A great beach, there is a bar on the beach (drinks and snacks), there is a reef (there are few fish), the entry into the water is good, you can swim right away, there is a net on the sea from sharks. Regarding the heat, we were scared that it would be very hot. If you compare with Turkey, it feels no hotter in Egypt, plus in Hurghada there is a light wind blowing on the sea, it is comfortable to lie on the beach, the sea is not cold, but also not very warm. We had no problems with the heat with a child of 8 years old. Yes, it's hot for excursions, but it's okay to spend time by the water.
