I decided to buy a cauldron for home use. I thought they were all the same, so I didn't choose for a long time - I went to one well-known market place and bought an Uzbek cauldron for a cheap price. When I started calcining, a layer came off from the bottom of the cauldron, as if paint (photo attached). And there's rust underneath. And with a pronounced smell of rust. I did not dare to use it for cooking. It feels like the cauldron itself is made of iron, and covered with something black on top. I started looking for similar situations on the Internet and found them. It is this problem that Artyom from Picnic Buy describes on his channel. In general, I rarely write grateful reviews, but I couldn't stay away here, because I was hooked.
