I don't recommend it to anyone. Very much framed. We paid a large sum for the urgency, but they did nothing. They promised 2-3 days, a maximum of 10 days. And as a result, they turned into a month. They don't want to compensate for the damage. They also don't return the documents to be done elsewhere. They promised to call back and they don't call back.

I don't recommend it. I asked for a passport translation without notarization - as a result, not all the pages were translated, without one page spread (although I asked for the entire passport in full), so I had to go the next day right before the plane and pick up the translation again, which was not translated initially. Plus, the printing of the documents was of poor quality, half of the words were barely visible, the translation agency said that the cartridge was running out, and they would be able to replace it only the next day.And they offered me to go to the copy center, print out the transfers at my own expense and take them back to the bureau so that they could put the seals. But after 2 hours, the cartridge was magically replaced. They spent a lot of my time and nerves, and the price tag is not the lowest in the city.

We asked about 2 questions: 1. I needed an 8 o'clock translator for the wedding to translate everything that was happening live, since the guests were Russian- and English-speaking. 2. Notarization of documents (subsequently abandoned this service). We were given a great translator for the wedding!!! She translated perfectly, they understood her, she understood everyone. We were absolutely delighted! We refused to transfer the documents and turned to another company, because everything was great while communicating with the company, but after transferring the money, communication became so slow that I was very stressed and started reading reviews. Based on the feedback, many people had problems with deadlines and communication, which is why we found another agency to handle the documents. We put 4, not 5, because of unreliable communications. The translator assigned to us is above all praise.
