To be fair, we didn't eat there, but the place is questionable. The prices are tourist.
Let's go to the hill, because it is included in most tours of Istanbul.
For reference: Pierre Loti is a French-born writer who lived and worked in Istanbul for a long time, and he also loved this hill.
About the cafe. It is located next to the observation deck. Both the first and the second are located next to the cemetery. That is, the cafe's balcony ends and cute tombstones begin on the hillside. It could be a favorite place of Martisha and Gomez Addams. If you are a little bit of them, then keep in mind that the cafe is not very clean, the tablecloths are full of holes in places. It doesn't look like much. The view of the city, however, is stunning. A typical cafe in a popular tourist destination. At the cemetery, yes. I can't help myself-I'm as surprised as possible by such a neighborhood.
But I must say that there are a lot of people here. Strange things…

The cafe is located on the popular Pierre Lotti Hill.
The cafe is so-so, everything is on stream, a lot of locals and tourists come. Prices are like in a tourist destination. We had tea and gozleme with cheese and spinach. It's delicious, but it doesn't cost 150 rubles.)
Everyone comes because of the view of the city. We went up by funicular along Istanbul Kartlier, as well as by public transport.

Great view, delicious coffee, great chocolate cupcake. I won't say anything more about the menu. But you need to keep an eye on the order and cleanliness on the cafe terrace. It is untidy, the tables are dirty, the furniture is shabby. If you look into the distance, then it's normal))
