Faced with a very unpleasant situation. The Viking couldn't start the mower. I contacted this service, they kept me for almost a week, as a result they said that there was no compression in the engine and I needed to change to a new engine. I did not agree to this offer and said that I was taking it away, which I was told I needed to pay for the diagnosis. I asked if a defective sheet was being diagnosed, the receptionist said that there was no compression. As I understood it, no one did the diagnosis and it was offered to pay for the minimum diagnosis. As a result, I paid and took the mower. At home, I decided to deal with the problem on my own. As a result, using the Internet, I found out that the intake valve was simply coked. Within 20 minutes, the malfunction was eliminated, the mower started working like clockwork. In general, I am shocked how these masters are trying to breed clients for money.I will not contact this service anymore and I advise others to be more attentive to these breeders!!!!!!
