In addition, they took samsa, shurpa and fresh vegetables. And locally produced beer. The service is very fast.
All together with the service cost 210 thousand soums (about 1.5 thousand rubles).

Disgusting. The pilaf was "cooked" in 3 minutes. It is clear that they warmed up, but it was like yesterday's portion. The rice is already dried. They threw a piece of tasteless beef on top, they didn't even cut it up. Pilaf + tea 45 thousand. I was alone in the hall and there was a table where the owners/employees were sitting. And even so, I counted on myself. Judging by the reaction, the guys didn't expect anyone to come today at all, now I understand why. I do not advise you guys to take a walk further, it will be delicious and safe somewhere.

I would not be too lazy to add a plus to this institution. We had dinner with my wife on 05/23/2025, and were pleasantly surprised by the prices and delicious dishes. The pilaf and lamb kebab were a success. Green tea with mint was a nice addition. The only negative is that the air conditioner is turned off. But considering that it wasn't very hot outside, it wasn't too stressful.

It was 07.12.24. We took lagman, two types of barbecue, tea, flatbread. A flatbread is a raw dough. Lagman is a fat, empty broth. The noodles in it are tolerable. Lamb kebab is a small portion of stringy meat (half a portion is shown in the photo). Lyulya, you can eat. This canteen ruined all the vacation experiences.

An ordinary cafe with a "big name", not really related to the Center of pilaf.
Hot serving takes 10-15 minutes, the prices are average.
The portions are normal in volume.
The pilaf itself tastes like 4 cups (and not quite "in Samarkand (rice is not dark)).
Manta rays are delicious
Lagman for 3 minutes (even seemed slightly sour).
As for me personally, nothing outstanding.

The kebab is microscopic, rubbery, hard and also made from leftover meat.
Liquid tea seemed to be brewed in one bag in twenty liters of water.
It is better not to go into the bathroom at all.
The overall situation is terrible, everything is done on the knee and without any thought.
It's better to eat tortillas outside
