Tourists from Russia (Yekaterinburg) came specially to try pilaf. The pilaf is very tasty - the rice is excellent, there is a lot of meat, there are just as many carrots as you need. Excellent decoration of the hall - in the national style, atmospheric. And very friendly administrators.

Pilaf and manti are delicious, lula is also nothing. The only thing is that pilaf is not served very hot. The interior is atmospheric, themed interior. The staff is friendly. At budget prices.

The pilaf is delicious. The prices are not high
Now the cons: poor service, long cooking, French fries are not according to technology, they cheat on the waiting time

It's a beautiful name, but the pilaf turned out to be inedible — the rice is completely raw, dry and hard. We tried manta rays — they are also tough, you can't chew the meat. Only the vegetable salad was delicious, it's hard to spoil it))
We did not expect that there would be a cafe with such bad cuisine in the city center(((

I didn't like the pilaf. The meat is dry. Spoiled cucumbers in slices. The tortilla is tough. I wouldn't have come in a second time.

Positive:
- location near Registan
- pleasant interior in a traditional style
- friendly staff
Minuses:
- sticky tables with untidy oilcloth instead of a tablecloth
- cold, dry pilaf was served. it is far from the most delicious that I had to try in Samarkand
- when calculating, it is found that 10% of the total cost will have to be paid for the service
Passage to the "plov center" through the minimarket.
You can eat. Average quality.
There is only one pilaf, it is not a "center" at all.
They were served quickly.
_______
The most tasteless flatbread that I came across in principle was here and clearly warmed up.

Some kind of horror, heated pilaf (although we came at 22) in the form of a pile of rice with pieces of meat on top, a glass of wine for the price of a bottle, the interior is meager and the forced tips are maximum

A very worthy place! Fast and delicious! And it's interesting to look at cooking in huge cauldrons.
I can't say that this is the best pilaf in my life, but it's definitely better than in most Moscow restaurants. Moscow Uzbeks either forgot how to make pilaf, or learned to save a lot.

A normal place, everything is fresh. Of course, this is not a pilaf Center, as in Tashkent. The sign from the street is almost invisible. Delicious. There is no need to wait for any service.

It doesn't taste good. Very bad shurpa, almost no spices, bland. The potatoes for the soup are boiled separately and are already weathered, the view is not very good. The flatbread is rubber — for the first time I tried it so bad.
The service is normal, the waiter is very friendly and friendly.

A chic restaurant for connoisseurs of Uzbek pilaf and oriental hospitality. A rosy welcome from the hereditary owner of the restaurant, an informative excursion into history from photographs on the walls of the restaurant and an invitation to the kitchen to assess the size of a giant cauldron. I recommend it!

Expensive and tasteless! It doesn't taste good at all!
There were 3 small pieces of meat, some vegetables and rice in the pilaf. The rice itself was excessively aldente (undercooked).
A hungry tourist is likely to get away with it, and even then it is unlikely. But if you want to try a good pilaf, then this is definitely not the place.
For this pilaf and tea 50,000 soums (350 Russian rubles). The price is comparable to Moscow chakhons (not numbered 1, but those that are real, not online).
That is, they charge the same amount for tasteless pilaf in Samarkand as for delicious pilaf in Moscow. Super weird, but a fact.

Don't order terrible mantas - some frozen pieces of fat, there is almost no meat, everything is stuck to the sky, fu, in other places they always ate delicious. And if the service is very intrusive and incomprehensible, all the cafe staff had to repeat the order of two dishes 3 times each (5 people)

The usual local dining room with Samarkand pilaf in the courtyard. I visited this place in winter, it was cold and the pilaf was already cold. The price tag is quite high for 0.5 portions of pilaf. I did not go there again, although I was nearby, and you decide for yourself ;)
