She was booked for a manicure at 10:30 a.m. I was late, in a hurry, and I was able to arrive by 10:40. The administrator tells me that my master is not there. And we are ready to offer another one. And I'm not ready to work with another master, because I don't like others in this salon. I was very upset. The only question is, why didn't anyone call me and warn me?! The master must be at work at least at 10:20 if the appointment is at 10:30! There were 20 minutes to analyze the situation inside and make a call. As a result, I spent time on the way there and back, but I did not receive the service.
