I come to pick up my bike, and it's standing on the porch after a rainstorm, all wet, brakes too. I gave 170 rubles for everything, but as a result, the brakes are damaged, they ring even more than they were. They didn't unscrew any footboard. Only the carriage was made normally, but so was the money, and 12 days were lost. I don't recommend contacting them.

I decided to give my bike (Aspect Dream 29) to this store for THAT. They said there was a queue and they would be ready in a week. I was satisfied with the waiting time. I personally discussed with the store owner that the gearshift on the front stars was not working correctly, and that was the main reason. They said they'd check it out, and they'll call you back. As a result, after 9 days, the bike was returned with a delay. I come to the store and ask, "Did you make the gearshift?" The answer is "No, your switch is bent, I put it back in place." I was in a hurry and didn't figure out why. They charged 50 rubles for cleaning the chain and sprockets. The bike was clean in front, but it was dusty and the wheels and frame were stained with chain grease. Most likely it was done "hastily" at the last moment, no one bothered with it. And the store's brilliant response is that we have a lot of work to do. If you don't take a lot of work with weights, then you can lick them.

I got a call from the store and was informed that this bike had already been brought from the warehouse, it had been assembled and could be purchased. I came to this bike shop on TOMIN, I look at this bike, and there's a huge dent on the frame, as if someone hit it with a hammer. A store employee could have warned me about this on the phone, but it's purple for everyone!!! As a result, I bought a bike at another bike store. I do not recommend the store.
