On August 15, I came to Izmir Balçova Pilot Garage branch from Istanbul and got expert service for my Mercedes e 250 cci Coupe Dynamic model car. No problems or malfunctions with the engine were indicated in the expert report. After taking delivery of the vehicle, the vehicle started boiling water on the way back to Istanbul in the evening of the same day. When I took it to the service, the seal burn was detected during the checks. Such a problem was never mentioned in the expert report. When I called the Pilot Garage branch after the victimization I experienced, I was told that I should call the headquarters, and then my phones were blocked. When I called the headquarters, they were not helped in any way. I have experienced serious victimization due to the service provided by Pilot Garage and the lack of interest experienced afterwards. It is unacceptable that such a big problem was not detected in my vehicle for the high fee I paid. Do not be a victim yourself
