Unfortunately, instead of helping, the employee Irina Vladimirovna showed complete indifference and rudeness. Instead of solving the problem, I received an answer that I could just "put the cartridge on the shelf." Such an attitude towards customers is absolutely unacceptable! I expected professionalism and politeness, but, alas, I was confronted with rudeness. I do not recommend contacting this company if you want to receive high-quality service and respectful treatment.
