The hotel has a strong four!
The staff is friendly and unobtrusive. The hotel is neat but tired)
The food is delicious, the choice is varied! The pools are clean, as is the entire adjacent territory. Fast internet in the lobby. The rooms have a safe and drinks. The hotel has a volleyball court, a hammam and a gym, so the hotel has 4 stars, not because it has a super suite)
We drove without expectations. Marmaris is beautiful, the vacation was great. Top for your money. Oh, yes, the hotel doesn't have its own beach, that's a problem. It's far enough to the public, you'll have to go to the paid ones

The hotel is not very large, requires restoration in some places, but the location is good, the food is delicious and varied, there are practically no queues for food, polite staff, there is a Russian-speaking girl at the reception, transfer to bar street.

Good day everyone!
I was at this hotel with my grandson at the end of August 2024. The trip was spontaneous, I read the reviews after paying for the tour and did not expect exactly what I would like to get from the rest)
I want to say right away that in my opinion the hotel deserves its 4 stars, but with a minus (for the territory and the lack of a beach)
We checked in right away, although we arrived around 9 a.m., the room on the 5th floor did not seem unworthy to me at all: it was quite spacious, clean, with a well-functioning air conditioner. There were 3 bottles of water and juices waiting for us in the mini-bar.
The food is good: every day there was chicken, beef or lamb, fish (I don't take their cutlets and sausage into account, but those who eat such food - this was also enough); a couple of times the liver was fried and burgers were in a free assembly. From fruits: oranges, apples or pears, plums, watermelon, melon daily, peaches and nectarines were given a couple of times. And, of course, rice, pasta, French fries, baked vegetables... I don't know who didn't have enough food... Even a 3-year-old child did not stay hungry. Yes, sometimes there are queues, but it seems to me that this is present everywhere. The disadvantage is that there were no snacks at all between breakfasts, lunches and dinners, only drinks at the bar. Who goes with the kids at this time is difficult, they usually want to eat when the restaurant is closed) . Stock up on fruits). As for the territory, there is practically none... A residential building, a swimming pool, a game room, a playground and an amphitheater - that's the whole area. There is almost no animation: darts and children's dancing in the evening.
And finally, what we came for is the sea! The coastal strip is a 7-10 minute walk away. The hotel does not have its own beach and this is the biggest disadvantage!!! There is still a municipal beach, but I think this shop will close soon, since the city authorities rent beaches to hotels and private owners. During the 9 days of our stay, the free swimming lane was reduced by about a third and paid sunbeds occupied it). But while it's there, I'll tell you how to get there. Exit the hotel, turn right and go down the Internet without turning anywhere. After crossing the road and walking forward a little, you will come out to the Embankment, turn left and literally 100 meters later you will find the municipal beach. It is not fenced and there are no sun beds. For some reason, the guides are misleading, sending everyone to the right and saying that there is no free beach here.... While recommending that you buy drinks in hotel bars so that you can enter the territory of your beach. But, you must understand that after leaving the territory and returning later, the hotel staff will pretend that they do not know you)
The entrance to the sea is sand with small pebbles everywhere, there are bridges with a soft coating at small intervals. It's pretty comfortable.
Conclusion: we were cool and comfortable in the room, cleaning every day, gels, shampoo were delivered regularly. On food: we did not stay hungry, especially the fruits were pleased: ripe and delicious. The municipal beach was found immediately, contrary to the assurances of the guide that there is no such option here). The sea is warm, perfectly clean in the morning... The sun is not so aggressive at this time.
Would I come back here again? Probably yes), if it weren't for my principle: you need to go to a place where you haven't been yet)))
I recommend this hotel for those who are going on vacation, and not looking for disadvantages in infrastructure and service)
