The hotel has a strong four!
The staff is friendly and unobtrusive. The hotel is neat but tired)

In general, the hotel is relatively not bad, I had a rest in August. But there are a number of disadvantages - the air conditioner did not cope well and in general it was quite hot in the hotel, I even washed the filters in my room, so that it would be better, the feeling was that they were not washed at all. Two elevators - one did not work periodically, not critical, but unpleasant.
The room itself is very tired, but I was ready for this and it is not particularly a disadvantage, everything worked properly in the bathroom.
The food in general is quite good, there are many different dishes, the only thing was that I didn't really like breakfast, there wasn't much choice.
I can't say anything bad about the service in general.
Alcohol is generally normal, but without a menu it is extremely difficult to explain what you want to drink)
The hookah is relatively not bad.
In general, for a solid 3/5.

A good hotel for a budget holiday, excellent location, close to shops, central street, bus stop, also close to the beach, there is no beach of its own. The hotel itself is not new, but it is clean everywhere, the staff are well done - they work around the clock. I was at this hotel with my grandson at the end of August 2024. The trip was spontaneous, I read the reviews after paying for the tour and did not expect exactly what I would like to get from the rest)
I want to say right away that in my opinion the hotel deserves its 4 stars, but with a minus (for the territory and the lack of a beach)
We checked in right away, although we arrived around 9 a.m., the room on the 5th floor did not seem unworthy to me at all: it was quite spacious, clean, with a well-functioning air conditioner. There were 3 bottles of water and juices waiting for us in the mini-bar.
The food is good: every day there was chicken, beef or lamb, fish (I don't take their cutlets and sausage into account, but those who eat such food - this was also enough); a couple of times the liver was fried and burgers were in a free assembly. From fruits: oranges, apples or pears, plums, watermelon, melon daily, peaches and nectarines were given a couple of times. And, of course, rice, pasta, French fries, baked vegetables... I don't know who didn't have enough food... Even a 3-year-old child did not stay hungry. Yes, sometimes there are queues, but it seems to me that this is present everywhere. The disadvantage is that there were no snacks at all between breakfasts, lunches and dinners, only drinks at the bar. Who goes with the kids at this time is difficult, they usually want to eat when the restaurant is closed) . Stock up on fruits). As for the territory, there is practically none... A residential building, a swimming pool, a game room, a playground and an amphitheater - that's the whole area. There is almost no animation: darts and children's dancing in the evening.
And finally, what we came for is the sea! The coastal strip is a 7-10 minute walk away. The hotel does not have its own beach and this is the biggest disadvantage!!! There is still a municipal beach, but I think this shop will close soon, since the city authorities rent beaches to hotels and private owners. During the 9 days of our stay, the free swimming lane was reduced by about a third and paid sunbeds occupied it). But while it's there, I'll tell you how to get there. Exit the hotel, turn right and go down the Internet without turning anywhere. After crossing the road and walking forward a little, you will come out to the Embankment, turn left and literally 100 meters later you will find the municipal beach. It is not fenced and there are no sun beds. For some reason, the guides are misleading, sending everyone to the right and saying that there is no free beach here.... While recommending that you buy drinks in hotel bars so that you can enter the territory of your beach. But, you must understand that after leaving the territory and returning later, the hotel staff will pretend that they do not know you)
The entrance to the sea is sand with small pebbles everywhere, there are bridges with a soft coating at small intervals. It's pretty comfortable.
Conclusion: we were cool and comfortable in the room, cleaning every day, gels, shampoo were delivered regularly. On food: we did not stay hungry, especially the fruits were pleased: ripe and delicious. The municipal beach was found immediately, contrary to the assurances of the guide that there is no such option here). The sea is warm, perfectly clean in the morning... The sun is not so aggressive at this time.
Would I come back here again? Probably yes), if it weren't for my principle: you need to go to a place where you haven't been yet)))
I recommend this hotel for those who are going on vacation, and not looking for disadvantages in infrastructure and service)

I took a burning tour, I really needed a break for a week. I took it very inexpensive, so it will go for this money. I am currently staying at the hotel. It is definitely not worth going here on a basic vacation, especially with your family. I was settled in generally well, on the 4th floor, the air conditioning works fine, the room is large but old. The bathroom is clean, quite normal. Cleaning and changing of towels every day. The bed is not changed. The food is delicious. For me, the big disadvantage is that there are no quiet rooms here. Those that overlook the pool listen to the music of our hotel all day. I asked for a quiet room, and they really gave me the best one in that sense. But there's a disco in the hotel across the street until one in the morning:(the lack of my own beach in other places did not bother me. But there are no free beaches here, at all. Or rather, there is in the Imeler and in the center of Marmaris, in any case, take the bus. And the beaches of the cafes, which are good, ask 300 lire per day. But if you leave for lunch (and this is 3-4 hours with rest in the heat), then a new entrance means new money. Even one 2000 rubles a day for a swim in the sea is too much. And if it's a family.. and these Beaches are not close. So I'm going to Icmeler. Therefore, it is quite normal for an express vacation alone for 65 thousand rubles with a flight. And it's not worth planning with your family. And last night they knocked on all the doors and tried to knock one out. A woman was screaming. The guards didn't come, at least I didn't hear them. In June 2024, I happened to visit this hotel. As an experienced traveler, I can immediately say this is the worst hotel I have ever seen. And this is despite the fact that I am a rather unassuming tourist.
Now about everything in order:
1. Attitude towards Russians. If you are Russian, you get a room on the 5th floor. Without cleaning and with barely working air conditioning.
2. The condition of the hotel. It can be seen that the repair has not been done for several years, all the walls are dirty, the carpet on the floor is unpleasant and also dirty. During the stay, plumbing failed 2 times. The waiting time for repairs was 2-3 hours.
3. Cleaning. During the 10 days of our stay, the bed linen was not changed once! The floor and plumbing were not washed either.
4. Air conditioning. He copes with his task with difficulty. There is no remote control.
5. Staff. The restaurant staff is friendly enough, which cannot be said about the reception and the bar. The bartenders finish their drinks without much embarrassment for the hotel guests right in front of your eyes.
6. Food. The food is delicious, there is a good selection of dishes, but the dishes are washed very poorly, all the plates and glasses are dirty.
It should be noted here that at the time of the mass settlement of Turks on the Eid al-Adha holiday, the food became much better, but after the completion everything returned to its place. Draw your own conclusions.
7. The contingent. Many Europeans and Turks stay at this hotel. The Turks are behaving terribly, shouting, swearing. Periodically, groups of Turkish children are brought to the hotel, which no one controls. They allow themselves to smoke in the elevator and run around the floor at night.
It is difficult to call this atmosphere comfortable to stay in.
Bottom line: I do not recommend it!!!

After reading terrible reviews, we expected the worst. There is something to compare it with. I put a solid 3, you can have 3.5) Indeed, the hotel needs a total renovation, the rooms are outdated, but everything worked fine (air conditioning, water, refrigerator), they gave a room with a sea view. We cleaned the rooms every day and replenished the shampoos with soap. A large territory, games of darts, water polo, volleyball were held, everything was fine. Respect to animator Leon! Recreation is not for families with children, there is animation here, but SOMETIMES it is NOT ENOUGH! There was karaoke all the time in the evening) Music plays by the pool during the day, you won't get bored.
Everything was excellent in terms of food, a variety of dishes every day, you will not stay hungry, from alcohol: beer, gin, vodka, wine.
Mostly foreigners live here (Turks, Germans, British), the staff knows a little Russian.
Those who have been to Marmaris know that the beach is paid, it takes 15 minutes to walk to it at a calm pace, this year prices range from 200 to 400 lira for a sunbed with an umbrella. The sea is clean and warm, stable)
Basically, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel, calm, quiet and cozy (for the lazy). People who are used to super ultra 4* will always find something to complain about. Come and don't worry if you're not picky)

Прекрасный отель за свою стоимость! Заселили в 7 утра, не смотря на то что заселение только в 14, уборка в номере каждый день, анимация прекрасная, питание замечательное, интернет очень хороший - на всей территории отеля,персонал очень отзывчивый, но плохо говорят на русском. До моря минут семь, своего пляжа нет, но это во многих отелях Мармариса. Отель скромный и чуть уставший, но персонал компенсирует этот минус.

And here every day there are a lot of vegetables, always chicken, almost every day delicious fish, chickpeas (very useful, an excellent substitute for animal protein), ptitim (small round pasta, like cereals, very tasty), steamed vegetables, there are pickled goodies, oils and salad dressings, Turkish incomprehensible salads, a bunch of Turkish desserts are different every day .it seems to look similar, but we tried each one and it's just a bomb. 2. In minimarkets, where there are almost no price tags for products anywhere, always try to check and count. The Turks were cunning .I didn't count it - I paid 100 lira more
than 3. there are wild boars in the forests of Marmaris.they go out on the streets at night and dig in trash cans, run around the streets. The boars are cute, and their mother is big and creepy.but we rode on a mechanical gurney, we could get close to the boars and, if anything, quickly leave.

Были в июле 2023. Взяли горячку за 6 часов до вылета. Про отель не успели почитать особо подробно.
Прилетели. Первое впечатление было неочень! Но потом привыклось, нашлись свои плюсы и в общем отель оказался не плох.
Русским языком не владеет никто в отеле кроме кальянщика Саважа. Ну он правда арендатор и не является сотрудником отеля. Но на русском говорит как на родном. Спасибо ему огромное! Он составлял нам компанию весь отдых.
Номер сначала шокировал. Но 20$ делают свое дело. Номер стал лучше. Ну он в стиле 70х правда. Мебель прям раритетная. Из музея наверное. Кондиционер тоже не молод, но работает. Только не регулируется температура. Ночью мы периодически выключали его когда замерзали. Та же история и в других номерах.
Питание хорошее. Даже очень. Кондиционеры в ресторане не справляются со своей непосредственной задачей. Вынос еды из ресторана запрещен, но если надо то можно.
Бассейн нормальный. Своего пляжа у отеля нет. До моря минут 15 пешком. Трансфера нет. Бесплатного пляжа тоже нет. Все пляжи либо других отелей либо кафе. Ходят охранники и гоняют чужаков. А если это пляж кафе, то нужно купить что-нибудь на 3-5$ на человека. Мы ходили правее на край пляжа какого то отеля. Там было мало народу, свободные лежаки и охрана не приставала. Но дно там не очень. Рядом лежали местные на узком куске общественного пляжа без лежаков.
Анимация в отеле слабовата. Несколько раз приезжали артисты
Контингент в отеле в основном европейцы: немцы, англичане, поляки и остальных по не многу. Русские есть. Мы были почти одни в самом начале. Потом через несколько дней наших стало довольно много.
Отношение иностранцев к нашим от доброжелательного до нейтрального. Негатива нет. Ну кроме одной в полном составе неадекватной семейки из островного туманного государства. Был небольшой инцидент там. Ну то так... Ерунда.
Поразило поведение некоторых европейцев. Накидываются в зюзю. Это прям днище. Причем обоих полов.
Брали экскурсию на острова. Катер везет вас по нескольким островам. Купание в прозрачном море прям с катера. Красота природы. Кормят обедом. Рекомендую! Экскурсию брали на улице. 19$ всего с человека. У гида дороже значительно.
Вечером выходили в город. Есть недорогие магазины со шмотками. До Вайкики ехать на маршрутке минут 20. Полный магазин русских. Как будто в Россию попал ))).
Почти рядом с ним поющий фонтан. Большой и красивый. Включается в 21:00 на 30 минут. Это достопримечательность Мармариса.
Климат в Мармарисе довольно мягкий. Нет такой дикой жары как в Анталии.
В целом отдых удался!

It is absolutely hot everywhere, there is no place to rest in the cool. All Russians are settled in 4-5 floors. The 5th floor has a roof and the sun is so hot that the air conditioner can barely cope. The rooms are renovated by Grandma, everything creaks, wobbles, noise insulation is 0, you can swim and hear how the toilet is used in the next bathroom. Of the advantages, only the food is more or less and the Internet is stable and free everywhere. Breakfast from 7:30-10, lunch from 12/14, dinner from 18-30 to 21:00. Drinks in bars are cola, fanta, schweppes, beer and some spirits. Cocktails are not made!!!! Used drinks have almost no soda. Vacationing Turks, a little Canadians, a little Russians. The rooms are cleaned every day. We were on excursions for 3 days in a row and hung a do not disturb sign, because after cleaning the air conditioner stops working and you arrive at 22:00 after excursions to a very hot room. Even here we will be on excursions, we just need to sleep, no, no, even this hotel is not suitable for these cases. Just trust me and buy a hotel closer to the sea and when you arrive, just go through the main lobby and look at this horror.

В первый день сперли матрас, через 4 дня новые кроксы бассейна. Камер нет ни где. Кто хочет, тот и ходит. Персоналу плевать. Возмущена до глубины души.

Был красивый вид с балкона на бассейн и горы. Не далеко от моря, 15 мин пешком. Сам отель не плохой , но ему давно нужен ремонт.

Очень понравился отель! Вкусная еда, открытый и приветливый персонал. Отдых прошёл замечательно, очень рекомендую!

Внешне отель замечательный, но это что есть хорошего. Начнём с приезда. Были с 10 сентября 18г. Приехали в отель в 11 нас продержали до 14 в наглую вымоная деньги 20$ за заселение, хотя отель полупустой. Номер дали с окнами на улицу, хотя просили на бассейн. Уборка номера ограничивалась складываем полотенец и все.
Питание 👎 нагенсы, тушёная курица, фри, рис макароны, зелень и так обед, ужин в течении 7 дней. Ни кокого разнообразия, короче ужас.
Анимация заявлена, аниматоры только ходили по отелю и ни чего большего от них не было.
До моря 30 мин пешком, можно доехать на маршрутке за 4 лиры это примерно 50 р
Короче не одного плюса, кроме внешнего вида.

Отвратительный отель! Заселили только на второй день, обслуживание ни какое, по русски из персонала ресепшна ни кто не говорит. Еда каждый день одинаковая и не вкусная, алкоголь весь ужасный, за исключением пива, оно не плохое. Не советую!

Ужасное обслуживание, на баре кроме водки и бадяженого джина нет ничего. Соки бадяженые водой. По приезду должны пополнить бар, кому повезло у того Стояла вода, мы три дня ходили им напоминали, но чуда не произошло. Второй раз я не только в этот отель не поеду, но и в город в целом.

WiFi слабый, доступен только в лобби. Номерной фонд старый. Вода в душе еле теплая. Еда на тройку. Убирают норм.
