A cozy cafe located in the courtyard. The staff is polite and tidy.
Everything we were served was delicious. There are very interesting cocktails.
I didn't quite like the fridge.
It was very inconvenient to eat a burger with a crab patty - it was very large in height, everything was gone, although the spouse did not have a small mouth. But the burger came with gloves.
It's a pity that at some point something happened in the kitchen and we couldn't continue tasting the signature cocktails, there was only one available.

Very good kitchen! Everything is insanely delicious, the dishes are very interesting.
The atmosphere is on the level.

Delicious, beautiful (though more outside than inside). But there is one big disadvantage: the crowd of people in the photo zone. We celebrated a birthday at the institution, but we couldn't take a general photo. The photo zone is a cool marketing move, but in my opinion, it was worth making some restrictions for people or somehow indicating the advantage of visitors to the establishment in the photo zone. I couldn't even take beautiful photos on the balcony, because people from the street went up there. As a result of the evening, there are no photos, although the institution was chosen for this purpose.

The food is delicious, but, alas, not all of it (the price tag is not low).
There is no synchronization of taking out food and drinks - that is, communication is disrupted.
And the strangest thing is that they serve cold espresso. I believe that this should be punished at the legislative level. Remember: iced coffee is a crime!
Total: there is room to grow. I am grateful to this place, and I hope to return here and not be disappointed in the simplest things.

I liked everything very much. The service is excellent. We were with a small child, there is no separate children's menu, but the waiter suggested putting together a special dish for the child from the main menu. It turned out even much better, since the dish was made only from products that the child eats. I really liked the food. We were celebrating a birthday, and the waiter presented us with a small gift from the establishment-a cake with warm wishes.
I highly recommend visiting this restaurant and you won't regret it.

I really liked the place! We celebrated my son's birthday and everything went great. The service is very clear, fast and with great attention and care. Everything is fine in the kitchen - everything is very tasty, but we came a little bit for something else - to eat and dance to good music, but we couldn't do the second one, the 1st DJ was nothing - but no one else danced (it was at 23.00 on Friday), the 2nd DJ turned on what the hell - and not for dancing and not for the atmosphere - some kind of tic tac on some basses is shapeless.

I visited this place for the first time yesterday, and I really liked it!!
Of the advantages: well, a very cozy courtyard with a European atmosphere, the veranda is decorated unusually and very beautifully, smiling and pleasant waiters, delicious desserts (I liked Pavlova - they have a light and not very sweet dessert with berries and mango sauce).
Of the cons: there is 1 female and 1 male stall in the toilet, there is a queue on weekends, and a slightly overpriced menu, but I think you can pay extra for the atmosphere)
Greek salad + fresh fruit + dessert came out 50 rubles.
It is mandatory to book a table on weekends, as everything is busy.
Conclusion: if you haven't been here yet, the weather is 20+ degrees outside, you want to go somewhere, comfortably and beautifully sit and talk with your loved ones, and at the same time walk around the center of Minsk, and you are ready to spend your money - book a table and welcome to Pinky!

We've been planning to visit this Instagram restaurant for a long time. Objectively, the best photo zone in Minsk. A beautiful courtyard, a cozy atmosphere in the institution itself. Very helpful, friendly service. The Portuguese wine is of excellent quality, as is the lemonade. We didn't quite understand the Caesar salad with artichokes. Apparently they expected more. The serving is not bad, the portion is huge. There was not enough interesting sauce, and apparently artichokes are not our option. I hope the next time we come back, our gastronomic experience will be more successful.

The service is not fast every time, but on the last trip we surpassed ourselves🥲 The table is not ready at the time of booking, the first part of the order appeared on the table after 50 minutes, although they did not warn about any delays, they asked for coffee with food, as a result they waited for it after serving the dish for another 20 minutes. As a result, breakfast took 1.5 hours, most of which were just sitting around waiting. If this had happened on the first visit, I would have put 2, this approach spoils the impression and mood as much as possible.

We came to Minsk to celebrate my grandmother's anniversary. There are a lot of places we've been in the city in 3 days. A friend advised them to go to a place where they themselves could not get to when they were on New Year's Eve — Pinky Bandinsky. We were delighted! The level of service is head and shoulders higher than in 80% of the places that we visited. The waiters are super helpful and cute. Special thanks to Renat and the girl (unfortunately, I don't know the name, but if you're reading, you have amazing arrows!!!). A delicious blueberry bento cake and a candle were brought as a gift. Renat wished my grandmother a lot of pleasant and really good things, she was delighted. The food is delicious, the drinks are delicious, and the portions are large. I definitely recommend it.
I managed to take pictures of the food (they were super hungry, they started eating very quickly) risotto with mushrooms, chicken breast with spinach and sweet potato fries. Everything is on the level!

Everything is fine in the kitchen.
A small nuance: the rich taste of beef was interrupted by Dijon mustard dressing, but this is not critical.
The staff is polite, professional, explains things in an accessible way, advises on the menu, and handles taste preferences and desires.
Note to visitors: if you want certain places, book them. It doesn't matter on weekends or weekdays, book. There are a lot of people, the place is good. And on New Year's Eve, the installation is also the best in Minsk.

Pinky was visited on the recommendation of the owner of the apartment in the center of Minsk (Nemiga), there were many establishments within walking distance, but we decided to take the advice "where to have dinner".. The cold reception at the entrance of the hostess girls with a third full hall surprised, but did not confuse. Although, for getting to know Minsk and Belarus, warm empathy in all food establishments has become mainstream. We (a family of 3 people) obediently went to the designated place, received the menu and almost immediately realized that it would be extremely inconvenient to work with devices on a low sofa with a coffee table.
Next, our natural request to transplant (I repeat, the hall was empty for 2/3), and the hostess's answer "only for an hour" put everything in place.. I probably wanted to evaluate the kitchen and the entire service, so we stayed. It was delicious (pumpkin soup with shrimp, tuna tartare, mushroom risotto, shrimp popcorn, churros, drinks..), but the portions are extremely small. The waiter tried to smooth out the impression, but with such a landing, they served for a long time anyway. In general, I don't think our recommendation was wrong, you can have dinner at this restaurant. The question is the mutual desire of the parties. The interior looks interesting.

Pinky Bandinsky: A breath of fresh air in the swamp of catering
Among the countless catering establishments that have turned into factories of monotony and secondhandness, I found the bright island of hope - Pinky Bandinsky restaurant. Once I got there, I realized that finally someone dared to challenge the vulgar crowd and create a real work of art.
The interior is thought out to the smallest detail: every detail screams about good taste and respect for the visitor. No cheap design tricks, no plastic aesthetics — just the naturalness of the materials and a sense of proportion.
The service impresses with its accuracy and unobtrusiveness. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the staff, who are able to capture the mood of the guest and provide perfect comfort without a single hint of servility.
The food deserves a separate conversation. It would seem that long-forgotten classic recipes suddenly came to life again, filled with new meaning and energy. Each ingredient is selected with such care that it seems as if the best alchemists of modern cooking are conjuring over it.
However, the main advantage of Pinky Bandinsky is, of course, the owner's ability to preserve the spirit of a real restaurant: respect for traditions, love of business and absolute contempt for everything fake and artificial.
So, the rating is five stars. Yes, exactly five. Because other restaurants have yet to earn more stars in order to at least get close to the Pinky Bandinsky level.

Hello everyone, usually when my beloved wife and I come for a walk to another city (we are from Gomel ourselves) we choose an interesting place for breakfast / lunch. This time we decided to visit Pinky Bandinsky, the place is just gorgeous, we even felt like we were not in Belarus, but somewhere in Europe. The first thing that surprised me was the SINCERELY smiling staff, it is very rare to find a sincere smile. The atmosphere is amazing. We weren't particularly hungry, but we took pancakes with salmon to eat, and I took buckwheat with poached egg. Yeah, of course I didn't think that food with such simple products could be so delicious. We definitely recommend you to visit. But there is one drawback, a parking space, but the weather is fine - we took a walk! And many thanks to the administrator Marina, for us she seemed to be the standard of how a real administrator should behave
