The service has become terrible. We ordered it for the bird's birthday. So one 4 cheese pizza was just burnt. Unfortunately, a friend picked up the order without checking on the spot. And when they found such a surprise at home, they were terribly upset. This is exactly the pizza the child was asking for and waiting for! As for not the delivery, but the visit to the institution itself.. It's gone bad too..you wait a long time for the waiter, then the order, then the receipt, etc.

The service is disgusting, today 05.03.2026 we visited a cafe on Shevchenko, the waiter came up to us with the question did you want something, I was speechless. We ordered 4 meats for pizza, I didn't understand what they brought us, I don't understand what it is, cold cuts, or 4 meats. Sausages, sausage, and several pieces of bacon are randomly scattered around the dough, and I haven't seen a chicken breast at all. It tastes like grass. The cooking is disgusting.
