I bought furniture in this store and was very satisfied. The store itself is small, but the assortment is very large. High quality furniture with affordable prices. The store has a courteous staff who will help with the selection of furniture and advise. I also want to note the efficiency in the delivery from the warehouse (I placed an order in the evening, and the next morning it was already possible to pick up my order). I would also like to thank Zhanna, an employee of Minets, who helped with the selection and advised in great detail when choosing furniture.

Terrible service and no competence!!!!!! We ordered one sofa, a completely different one came!!!!!!! The consultant was shown one sofa, ordered, selected a fabric, paid in full! We were shocked at the assembly!!! The sofa is completely different from what you ordered!!! Shock!!!!!! As a result, the refund was refused! How?!!!??!!! The consultant designed the wrong sofa, but with the choice of our fabric, and refused to admit his mistake!!!!!!!
The photo shows the sofa that was shown to the consultant, as a result, he allegedly ordered it! But a completely different one came!!!!

If you want to get on your nerves and lose money, contact Pinskdrev! On November 26, 2023, we bought an Eliza bed and an orthopedic mattress for it, paid the entire amount of 1400 BEL.rub at once and paid for the delivery of 30 rubles. They brought everything to us in 3 days. They began to unpack the bed and shoot everything on camera. That's where it started... Three cargos from the bed turned out to be broken, then it was even funnier, half of the spare parts turned out to be not from our bed (blue). We call the store and explain. .....They brought it, exchanged it. The defective cargos were taken away. We contacted the store and wrote an application for a replacement. WE ARE WAITING!! A month later they call and say that instead of three they brought two kings.WE are waiting further.We regularly call each other, the sellers are rude, they are not responsible for anything. The head of the store,, feeds us breakfast, they say tomorrow, the day after tomorrow. And now this has been going on for the THIRD MONTH. Today is January 29th, 2024.
No money, no goods. The most reliable company and Pinskdrev store. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!! I hope my review will reach the management!
