However, having decided to arrange delivery to Moscow, we were faced with its absence. They only take you to the border, you need to look for our carrier there, there's a lot of fuss. So with the available data, we had to surrender to their Moscow store. But if you have the opportunity and desire, you can save a lot.

The prices of solid wood furniture, cabinets of 3-7k each, have caused a lot of questions, why such a price or in which country of the world is this Pinsk wood, maybe furniture is transported from far away and logistics takes so much of the cost or rent in stores is high, why do you have such inflated prices? Maybe you, as a state-owned company, can you form prices from your finger?, despite all the regulations and extra charges? On the ground floor, there is furniture made of laminated or painted chipboard and the like, sofas upholstered in fabric, the price is low, at times from the prices on the second floor! But where is your average quality and average prices adapted to the local, Belarusian market? You get it, either it's too expensive and like for export, at three prices, or it's cheap and terrible that you don't even want to look! The question is, where does the regulator look at such stories, in Belarusian furniture manufacturers!

Quite a long time ago, we picked up a sofa through the website, came to the store to choose the upholstery and place an order. Twice we turned to an unoccupied manager in the hall with an absolutely direct and understandable intention to purchase, but both times the manager left us after a couple of minutes, leaving us the "opportunity" to dig ourselves among the fabric materials, which we completely do not understand. She told us the collections suitable for stitching the chosen sofa and left without even trying to show the slightest bit of interest in us as customers. We didn't try any further and just left, quite angry, to be honest. Management definitely needs to pay attention to the competencies of employees and tell them what customer orientation is, since they do not understand this. For a sofa that costs far from 500 rubles, it was very unpleasant to receive such a "service". At least the manufacturer has lost us as customers.
