Buying a sofa from this company turned out to be an extremely unfortunate experience, and I strongly do not recommend contacting them. At first, everything looked quite normal, but a couple of months after the purchase, the leg broke. Yes, it was replaced under warranty, but the very fact of such a breakdown in such a short time already indicates the low quality of the product. Further - worse. After about a year of operation, the springs started popping out of the sofa. This is not only inconvenient, but also unsafe — using such a sofa becomes simply unpleasant. It would seem that it couldn't get any worse, but after another six months, the base of the sofa completely failed, which is why it stopped folding normally and now it doesn't actually perform its main function. As a result, in a relatively short period of time, the sofa became unusable. There is a feeling that cheap materials are used in production and there is no normal quality control. I am extremely disappointed with the purchase — for such money (2000 rubles) you expect at least basic reliability, and not constant breakdowns. For reference: no one even sleeps on it, they just sit and watch TV.
