I wanted to share my furniture purchase. We took a bedroom made of solid wood, the furniture is not cheap, so we were very upset when we started unpacking, and there was a marriage. Each unit in the set had a visible defect. The store's employees have convinced us that the entire marriage will be replaced in the near future. At first, OTC inspectors from the factory came to us, they replaced something immediately, but they took away something, changed the defective part and returned it, they didn't have materials for some parts. As a result, for more than a year we have had a bedroom with a defective one from the manufacturer. All that remains is to describe the words of the OTC supervisors and the factory workers who came to us during the year, indignantly expressing their incomprehension as we did not want to put up with defective goods for our own money. With words: "Well, it's at the bottom, you can't see it," "It's inside the box, you can't see it."
