The serving portion was very little , the beer was good , the main problem was with the attitude of waiter/servers, they were rude and bit of racist. My phone was 6 % charged only and soon it gonna be dead so I ask waiter and other people in pub to put it on charge for sometime and they refused with making angry faces.

We visited the Airport today - the best impressions - the food is perfectly cooked, the beer is delicious and fresh, the service is at a high level - fast, polite and professional!

Despite the location of this institution and the fact that there are many tourists there, the service is simply terrible, I met guests from Aktau and took them to your institution, praised so much on the way. As soon as we arrived, there was literally no light for more than an hour. The service first brought nuts, after 10 minutes snacks, after 15 drinks.
During the meeting, they came twice and pestered with advertising and buying cigarettes. What a horror, never visit this place, especially do not meet guests! And be careful, as we drove off by car after 100 meters, the patrol stopped us, fortunately I don't drink! Your employees are probably throwing off information!

I understand that there are a lot of people and a lot of orders, but passing by a customer who is not just waving his hand in front of you, but almost pressing against her face, was a complete bummer for us. Completely ignored. As a result, the 4th waiter accepted the order, which still did not pass by. They brought an assortment of snacks, but without appliances. As a result, we had to catch the waiter again using the same method. Then beer. I chose a light, soft one. Well, to relax all the same, and not to sit until you lose your pulse. I don't remember the name of the beer. It was bottled with the taste of alcohol. After one mug in the morning, my head was cracking. It left an indelible impression, to be honest. The last time I came with my son and a girl to sit for dinner on the flight, there were empty seats, but they didn't put us in, they say there are no seats, there are free seats, they just stupidly say there are no seats.
