It's a great place. It's cozy, pleasant, and the prices are not too high. All the dishes are delicious. But I would like to single out the pide with the egg. This is khachapuri in Adjarian style, I've tried it in many places, but here it's the most delicious!!! And for beer lovers: the signature beer is just awesome!!!

We visited the Pinta cafe and were very satisfied! 🍽️ The cuisine was excellent: all the dishes were fresh, delicious and beautifully served. I was especially pleased with the service — the waiters are polite, attentive and respond quickly to requests. The interior also deserves special attention — the unusual design creates a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. The prices are quite affordable, which is also a big plus. The only drawback is poor ventilation. It was quite stuffy in the room, especially with a full landing. I hope the management will pay attention to this point. Otherwise, it's a great place, we'll definitely come again!

Nice atmospheric place! You can spend the day with your family or friends, have a quiet chat, and have a delicious lunch. In the evening you can have fun, on weekends there is live music, delicious cuisine, and an atmospheric place. I really liked the waiter Alexandra, she served our table very well, friendly and with a good sense of humor. There is a discount for the birthday, they offered it themselves, we didn't know about it.

It was the first and last time! Disappointment! The food tastes so-so. The portions are small. The cocktails are really delicious (I can't say anything bad about that)! The order was waited for a long time, and everything was brought cold (Expensive! The place is certainly cozy. But the highlight of everything was a huge red cockroach that was running around the floor! Please make sure of this, because the customers are different, I saw, but I didn't say anything, and the other one can raise the hi-wai!

Compared to other cities, Pinta lives in Temirtau by itself! The administrator has never been seen, all questions are solved only by the waiter! It's funny, but even submitting orders is not easy in this institution! Shots can be served in stacks that do not meet all standards, the reason is there are not enough dishes, nonsense, absolutely! Many dishes are missing from the menu, the reason is there are no products! Going to this institution in Temirtau is a questionable decision!

05/08/25 with a group of colleagues decided to go to this institution. We placed an order, and the trainee waitress (she did a great job, there were 0 complaints about her) informed us that they had a new menu and asked for feedback on the dishes. Everything seemed to be fine, they gave feedback, and almost everything was fine except for the presence of unpeeled shrimp tails in seafood pasta. (they didn't go into conflict, they just said it 1 time) It doesn't seem fatal, but you can improve the dish. After taking the feedback, the trainee waitress left. After about 5 minutes, a disgruntled figure approaches our table, introducing himself as the RESTAURANT manager. Next comes the dialogue M: About the pasta that you didn't like. We have a TECHNOLOGICAL MAP, there should be tails on it. Me: Are you saying that we are wrong? M: No, but... Me: Thank you, have a nice evening. No one at the table understood the meaning of this performance. What the MANAGER of THE WHOLE RESTAURANT wanted to convey to us remained a mystery. The mood, to put it mildly, was not very good, but thanks for the meme with the TECHNOLOGICAL MAP. In addition to the manager, other waitresses approached, who were already more friendly, the topic was overblown. (let the people sit and relax, please!!!) So, if you are not ready to listen or accept feedback, you do not need to ask the guests to give this feedback. Another of the cons: 1) The fries that came with the sandwich felt like they were defrosted, not freshly cooked (AS THEY SHOULD BE IN A RESTAURANT). We fixed it by bringing free fries, but the sediment remained. 2) The volume of tea.... Having a similar kettle at home, we measured the volume of water, an obvious underflow. 3) The new menu was designed by a second grader… The menu is via QR, everything is small, 2 languages, a lot of unnecessary text. Tip – just make 2 menus, one in Russian, one in Kazakh, this will allow you to use a larger font and improve readability. Having experience visiting other establishments in our city, I am very surprised that THIS is called a RESTOBAR. In short, an average cafe can offer noticeably better service and food, despite the fact that it is a lower–level establishment than a RESTOBAR. Overall, the evening didn't go well. Thanks to the waitresses, we did our job well. Having some experience in the service sector, I am surprised to have this SOMETHING on the manager. Send her to human speech courses, she should solve the conflict (which in fact did not exist, lol), and not inflate it. The whole problem is because of her.
