Best area , best people, really good food

We celebrated New Year's Eve here with friends. I liked the organization, the entertainment program was interesting. But not very good for food. The caesar salad was not delicious, the grilled food was too salty, I understand that it was more like beer, but still. The tuna steak was fried to a boil, although it was too hot and too salty for the sparkling wine.

I was expecting a bigger beer assortment. Alas, there is not much choice. They cook well. But, honestly, I didn't understand why the Premium status. A regular pint. Yes, on Panfilov. Yes, there is a grand piano and the second floor... that's it. Drink, eat, have a fun evening. Don't expect pathos or anything special. But, 5 stars in the rating, no problem.

We visited this place yesterday and, unfortunately, were disappointed.
Just the words "disappointment" are not enough to describe our impression. My colleagues and I came, and we were immediately "lured" by an iPhone raffle. They said you need to buy two Colas, register, and wait. However, we were not warned that there is a strict time limit for registration — only 15 minutes after receiving the receipt. As a result, having bought two bottles of cola for 1,390 tenge each (2,780 tenge in total), we did not have time to register and lost money in vain.
As for the food, the portions turned out to be very small, and the chicken was simply over—salted. Of all the things we tried, we liked only the garlics (although they are probably difficult to spoil), chechel and chibupeli.
If the restaurant positions itself as "premium", then the expectations were much higher. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet our expectations.

I was at your bar last night. I would like to share my impressions. Live music starts at 21.30, and I didn't really like it. Starting at 21:30, the music becomes so loud that it is impossible to talk normally. Every 30 minutes, music plays, which is interrupted for 10 minutes, and continues until 23:00. It's not very comfortable for those who came to chat and relax. Another problem that I noticed is the lack of napkins on the tables. It seems that the waiters do not have time to keep track of all the tables, as they disappear as soon as the music starts. At the same time, hot dishes are brought quickly, but beer is brought for a very long time. It is also very inconvenient that the appliances on the table do not hold and you constantly have to look for a waiter to bring a brew. In general, the average check in this bar is 15-20 thousand.
