The balloons were ordered on 03.03. They were picked up on 03.03 at 11.00 (the flight guarantee was 5 days), at 18.00 one of the balloons fell, replaced in the evening. The next day, 2 more fell. As a result, the replaced ball also fell a day later. We were going to compensate, but we did not receive compensation. The child's holiday was ruined.
