Waited a very long time for khinkali. Instead of promised 45 minutes, we waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes. After an hour, they turned on really loud music, making it impossible to wait.

General impressions:
Based on the features of the interior and prices for basic positions, there could be a feeling of being in a restaurant, if not premium, then certainly a strong middle segment. Nevertheless, the location in an active tourist area, and, accordingly, the natural and impressive hype around Georgian cuisine, in fact the absence of iconic competitive establishments nearby lowered the degree of expectation significantly lower. As it turned out, it was not in vain.
The service left much to be desired: the waiters do not rush to the guests and do not show flexibility - dirty dishes accumulate behind rare approaches to the table, and the requests of visitors go unnoticed.
As for the cuisine, the dishes did not meet expectations either in quality or in serving. Small portions, dry and sometimes excessively sour execution of individual items, the absence of ingredients declared in the menu - all this creates the impression of working with a large number of inappropriate blanks, which looks, to say the least, strange in an institution of this format. The bright, generally cozy interior, filled with traditional decorative elements, also could not neutralize these shortcomings, but rather emphasized them. In other words, the beauty of the surroundings is not supported by the level of cuisine and service.
Service/Maintenance:
Traditionally, for the post-covid period, the menu is available by QR code, and therefore the waiters do not tend to approach the table immediately after boarding the guests.
For a 2.5-year-old child, they offered a personal children's chair, which turned out to be an order of magnitude higher than the common table, but meanwhile had its own wide surface, which would accommodate 2-3 plates and a drink.
We were served by a smiling young man who, with his charisma, covered the shortcomings in the speed of service when the hall was 30% full for the last two hours of the establishment.
During his stay in the restaurant, the waiter appeared at our table only at the moment of accepting an order or taking out dishes, which invariably caused dirty dishes to accumulate, and the lack of napkins was compensated by stocks from empty tables. Attempts to attract the attention of the staff were unsuccessful.
Meal:
We went through several courses:
- Traditional Georgian salad: the portion is indistinct, small, and the taste is dry, smelling of stale vegetables
- Chikhirtma: a small portion of chicken broth, the taste of which is interrupted by an impressive amount of vinegar; the ratio of meat to broth is 20/80, respectively.
- Beef kebab: the meat is very dry, and therefore easily crumbled from the touch of a fork and knife; the taste is juicy, and the smell thanks to spices is very fragrant and bright; tomato sauce is surprisingly not scalding sharp, which has already become familiar when visiting Georgian restaurants
- Chicken kebab: Shoti bread, in which pieces of meat and sliced onions were placed, turned out to be dry and quite tough, which suggests the use of bread blanks; unlike the images on the menu, there were no pomegranate seeds in the dish; grilled chicken turned out to be soft and juicy, and pomegranate sauce allowed the meat to open up according to dignity
Interior:
There are several active areas in the restaurant: a common room with tables for 2-4 people and tables for 4-6 people standing separately, which are separated from each other by shelves extending into the ceiling; a terrace overlooking Kobaladze Street and mainly overlooking the ORBI Volna residential complex towering above the shopping complex.
The combination of yellow, red and black furniture elements with abundant use of wood in the interior make the interior pretentious and rich. Organically arranged vases and paintings that convey the flavor of Georgian culture and everyday life favorably set up for eating and having a casual conversation.

Everything is not delicious except tea. Both lyulya and khinkali are the worst in Batumi. The interior is nice.
If I come in a second time, it will only be to take a break from walking and drink tea.

Caesar with shrimps for 33 lari - 5 overcooked shrimps and lettuce leaves
The fondue was brought in unusable form, after contacting the administrator they were taken away, they did not apologize, nothing, thank you, at least they deducted it from the bill
Khinkali - we waited for an hour, we were not warned in advance about the long wait, as a result it was tasteless
In total, the staff does not understand anything, the dishes are bad, the atmosphere and the view from the terrace are not bad, I do not recommend going here

Confident 1, it's a pity that I didn't read the reviews right away. They brought 30% of the order in 2 hours.
