Well, that's right, it won't show up right away, you don't need to change anything at their expense (and so the client, i.e. I, he will say: you broke it, so you change it). You can't do PIT stops like that. After talking with the director of the service station, I supplement the review: the order was found, and the amount was not 99p a little less, but that's not the point, the director talked to the master, who has been working since 2008 and whom HE trusts (well, what do I have to do with it???), the master said that there was no leak (it and I see), in fact she was, the director asked why they didn't come? - because it says in black and white how much the guarantee is for the work. Basically: the director is a pretty sane and adequate person, and I think if I had come back with a leak and reached him (bypassing all the order tables), I think we would have solved the problem by restoring the thread (of course, not replacing the brake caliper). But to be honest, there is no desire to apply there again, not at all.

The master receptionists are very poorly versed in car repair, but they have great ambitions. Mechanics are also very weak specialists. When changing the oil in the engine, you need to come to them again so that they redo their bad work. You arrive the next day to eliminate the poor work of the locksmith, you are met by another shift and begin to explain again who did what yesterday. The station's working hours seven days a week are more of a big minus than a plus. I bought spare parts from them, the prices are 50% higher than the market. I wrote a comment in the book of comments and suggestions. I did not receive a response. And here the jamb is violations of the law. There are only cars aged 15+ on the site near the service station and in the workshop. I do not advise contacting the Pit stop service station, especially owners of fresh cars. It's a pity for the lost time, money and nerves.

Analysis by points:
1. When selling spare parts at a Pit stop above the market in the Republic of Belarus by 50% (the part is identical in purpose, brand, country where it was made and even the supplier is the same) – the buyer–client is fooled in full. All service stations, spare parts stores and online stores buy spare parts from suppliers (I will not advertise from which suppliers). Any self-respecting online store gives you 14 days to return the product and a warranty. Pit Stop does not have the best conditions when selling spare parts to a customer, why is the price 50% too high compared to online stores? I think the answer is ONE hundred and one – "we really need money." Dear managers of the Pit Stop service station, I want to remind you that the direct duties of your station are car maintenance and repair, and not the sale of three expensive spare parts. My advice is to focus better on improving your customer service.
2. Specifically my case: Before visiting the service station, I called, agreed on the time and date when to bring the car for repair. The repair took two days. By the end of the second day, the master receptionist called - "Come, the car is ready." At the end of the working day at the station, I took the car out of repair. The next morning, I found an oil stain on the ground under the engine. I call the master, explain the problem that oil is dripping from the engine. The master's answer: "this repair was not done by our shift, come in two days, your mechanic will work, he will fix his jamb." In the answer of the service station, the 2nd point is "As a rule, our Clients call before the visit and agree on the time and date of the visit, which avoids unnecessary questions and saves time." In my case, I "avoided" unnecessary questions and "saved" a lot of time. In my opinion, the operating mode of the station without days off is rather a big ... oh ... oh minus
3. "The official response is November 30, 2023. I read your comment in the book of complaints and suggestions." I have a number of questions: Who read it? Is "I" the founder, the director, the receptionist, or the apprentice locksmith? "written in an emotional illegible handwriting" – what kind of handwriting? Even google doesn't know what kind of emotional handwriting it is. "I couldn't make out half the words." Before writing a comment in the book, I verbally explained to the receptionist my problem about the poor repair of my car. Was it probably a mistake for the station management to call the client by phone and sort out the situation? The disregard on the part of the station's management for living people, and even more so for the cars of customers. Conclusion: dear "I" - you are a liar. . The law defines a single period for consideration of written appeals, including entries in the book of comments and suggestions. Written appeals must be considered no later than 15 days from the date of registration of the appeal, and appeals requiring additional study and verification – no later than 1 month, unless another period is established by legislative acts (paragraph 3 of Article 17 of the Law).
4. I have repeatedly come to the Pit stop service station and I have always seen cars of 15+ years old in the workshop on the lift and in the parking lot. Alas, maybe I was just unlucky enough to see a five-year-old car at your station.
The site of the Pit Stop service station only contains reviews with a rating of five. I tried to post my review on the station's website, the administrator does not miss it. There is no trust in the SRT site. The site itself is just a beautiful wrapper, and inside (in real life) the lying, unqualified staff of the Pit stop service station.

I asked about the replacement of brake pads and discs + brake fluid. Having previously called, they announced the cost of 239.60. At the service station where the previous (non-VAG) car was serviced, the cost was 233, but since pit stop positions itself as a good alternative to official services, I decided to go to them anyway, even if the path is far. Externally and internally, they do not differ from absolutely any service station, but the main thing is to do well.
The car was accepted, they called when ready. Did you specify the final cost, they say, 239.60 as it was announced? They said that even less came out - 236 with something. Well, less is not more. Upon arrival, I found out at the payment stage that the total cost is 249 rubles. 236 this turned out to be without taking into account spare parts (lubricants). Why it couldn't be said over the phone is a good question.
I took the keys, looked at the appearance that the discs and pads were new, and got behind the wheel....there was a feeling that the locksmith who was engaged in the replacement work also kicked out the car - the STEERING WHEEL is SLIGHTLY STICKY, as if in oil! On the dashboard, the information display mode has been changed from the SPEEDOMETER to the POWER RESERVE, and this is not just one movement of the "wheel" on the steering wheel. Why anyone would want to dig into my on-board computer is a mystery... I hope they didn't get into the glove compartment. Well, anyway, the brakes were changed and that's good.
I did not use a car upon arrival...I used it a couple of days later...I open the trunk, and it's EMPTY. There have never been any problems with the return of spare parts by default at any service station, however, for some reason my old 4 brake discs, 4 sets of old pads, apparently decided to keep the rest of the brake fluid for themselves. And for some reason they left me only 1 empty bag of spare parts that I brought.
Conclusion: from the point of view of the quality of the work, I can't say anything bad, but the experience of "communication" has been only in one visit so far, and this is probably the end of this "communication" for me
