A minute later, the operator girl calls back and informs us that our reservation is canceled because I am blacklisted. After the question "why?" I was told that I had not shown up for boarding earlier, BUT this was the FIRST TIME I was supposed to travel with this carrier. So we stayed in St. Petersburg without return tickets.
