Usually everything is fine, but today we were probably unlucky. The courier was 1 minute late, but we didn't insist on a free pizza, we never chase a freebie. But the order itself disappointed us, the pizza arrived in a slightly crumpled form, and the ration board consisted of solid, not melted cheddar (we order with a ration board for the second time, perhaps that's how it was intended, but last time the cheese was soft and tender)
