I tried to reboot for 20 minutes, but it turned out to be useless. Then I called the call center to get a link to an online payment. In general, the delay in receiving is half an hour. They called back from the call center and said that there were no bonuses for such a delay, because it wasn't the terminal, but the fact that the Internet connection in the house was bad.
