We always ordered this pizza before and liked everything very much.But lately the delivery has been terrible. Today there was just an egregious incident. The pizza arrived in a disgusting state. Just a lump of dough. And when we called support to resolve this issue, we were offered to replace our pizza with another one within 30 minutes. It's just a nightmare! What kind of disrespectful attitude to customers? As a result, we had to wait another 30 minutes for a normal pizza to be delivered to us, for which we had already PAID the money! The service is disgusting, I don't advise anyone to order pizza here.

I went through the entire Frunze district in 2014. And I wish everyone to try pzz from 2014.
Once upon a time, pzz delivered only there and was not the worst option.
So I also remember hints of quality.
Seven years have passed.
Pizzas have doubled in price or more, as well as $.
Also, an extensive development path does not imply quality improvement. If couriers try to deliver at the specified time, then the issue suffers completely..
And the "pies" themselves have not been very good for a long time, and sometimes they also lose weight. It's too bad that the non-spoiled residents have not tried at least remotely normal pizza.
And shifting responsibility to couriers is at least low. All this also applies to "Godzilla", the scenario was repeated.
I will single out the culinary genius separately. It's something with something.. There was even pizza... with mashed potatoes. Yes, yes. There was one with mashed potatoes from a bag. Well, you get it. What the supplier offered was baked from that.
I would like to know the inner kitchen - how it is and what is going on..
In short, I do not recommend it. Respect yourself, the staff and all other people, and order the right pizza, not THIS ONE. In other places. Or try the pies.

This morning at 09:10 we ordered pizza fox. We wanted to pamper ourselves with our wife .
We ordered a STANDARD 0.6-0.7 kg .
But in fact 0.5 kg . It's a pity we didn't take a picture of the weight! Well, all right. Not only has it become smaller in volume, but there is also more dough!!! Maybe it all depends on the cook, I don't know! There were no such problems before! And the fox was number 1 for us!!!
And even with all this, pizza went up in price, as far as I remember, such a pizza cost 18.90 rubles. I can note that the pizza tastes the same delicious but dry due to the large amount of dough.
