It is very tasty, satisfying, quite affordable, and the delivery is one of the fastest in the city. There is a disadvantage, high workload on holidays, rarely weekends, which is why delivery orders are not accepted (still not pizza smile). I use it myself. I Recommend it 100%!

As a result, I ordered, I think I will give 2 chances, after 30 minutes they call and say there is no 1 position and wait another hour, in the end I call, they say another 20 minutes, I wait another 20, I call again, they say another 20 minutes, in the end I refused. Having made an order through the application at 10.30, I chose delivery by 12.00. at 12.07, when the order was not delivered, I made a call to the operator, who began to assure me of a slight delay and informed me that the order would be delivered within 40 minutes, in confirmation of which a SMS message was also sent. At 13.02, when the order was not delivered, when the operator called, he was informed that the order would be delivered within an hour due to the absence of couriers, but during a further conversation it was reported that the order had not even been handed over to the courier and was not ready.
In a word, the service is 100 points and there is a complete lack of desire to remain a customer of this delivery.

On June 16, Petrovskaya's pizza was ordered by the time of 18:30. The courier arrived 30 minutes earlier and said he would not wait for us. After that, we called the operator 3 times within 30 minutes and asked where our courier was. The first 2 times we were generally ignored, they said they would clarify and call us back, but they did not call us back. In the end, the operator called us and said that they couldn't get through to the courier! Delight! And then the voice assistant called us and told us that the courier would be there in 15 minutes. As a result, when we were already waiting for him for more than 40 minutes, we called and refused the order. But for some reason, 5 minutes later we received an SMS that our order had been delivered))) We called the operator, he said that the courier had delivered the order. We said no and asked for a refund, as the courier was lying. After the "verification", we were refused a refund. I have been calling the quality control service (if you can call it that) for a month to find out the reason for the refusal. Incompetent managers cannot name the reason, only the Higher Management can name it (!!!), but they are so important that they do NOT call customers themselves. Super! And who can tell me the reason with evidence and justification? I have proof of what we were waiting for - these are our calls that day. And what proof do the courier and the company have? It seems there are none, and we are just being deceived. As a result, I call for a month and ask that an adequate person dial me to explain the reason. But no one is calling me. And yesterday I was told that there was no point in calling me at all. These are the employees who work in the pizza mafia. They deceive customers and turn a blind eye, and are also not ready to enter into a contract. Even KFS and McDonald's always go to meet customers, make a refund or change the order. But no, the pizza mafia is cooler for all of us. Where can they go))) maybe at least this way I can get through to the higher management.
