When you go to Pizza Tempo, you expect good service and delicious food (at least, this was the case in all previous establishments).... Of course, you can refer to Saturday evening and heavy workload, but... everything is very long and slow. We waited for food for a long time. Carpaccio for 25 minutes, and pizza for 40 minutes. They even carried a box to pack a pizza with them for about 15 minutes. The pizza was already cold, and the carpaccio was not pickled. Pizza plates were brought and one smelled very strongly of a dirty rag. They didn't make a row, they didn't want to spoil their evening, they just put it aside. And at the end of the evening... - there's a long blond hair in each pizza... The cook must have a great head of hair... But it's worth cleaning your hair and wearing a hat in the kitchen, so as not to spoil the visitors' time! We will never come to this Pizza Tempo restaurant again.

I asked for coffee right away, waited 15 minutes, asked, they replied that it was the turn for coffee. After 10 minutes, I asked the administrator again. He promised that they would bring it in 2 minutes, they brought it in 4 minutes. And a minute later, the food was already brought. Funny!

We visited this place on a weekday, there are no people, okay if there was a full boarding and a flow of visitors, 2 tables including ours are sitting, 3 waiters on the ground floor and no one can come up to serve the menu and take the order, we had to come up ourselves to ask to take the order. The waiters walk around chatting with each other and at the bar with the bartenders.
Only the waitress Anastasia was kind to us)
Pear tea was served sour, it has never been like this, more sour than citrus.They told the waitress, the tea was redone!
We waited for pizza for more than half an hour
we took the order at 18:40, gave it away at 19:10

Lately I've been amazed at this place and the whole network in general. Dirty dishes are already the norm. However, these are flowers, the quality of the meat in the pizza is questionable, I ordered a barbecue with chicken and honey mushrooms. The first piece was not bad, but in the subsequent ones there were pieces of chicken with a very specific taste. I didn't think much of it right away. What I regretted at night closer to dawn. The result after visiting this place 30.03 spent an exciting night on a white stone, as well as heartburn with pizza flavor. Be vigilant and don't repeat my mistakes!
And the company's management needs to better control the work of its employees. Dirty plates and sticky cups with smudges are strong! And the quality of the products leaves much to be desired.

Caesar with chicken is normal, but chicken is cooked with a lot of spices, keep in mind. Spaghetti with champignons and chicken, apparently the same as in caesar with a lot of spices, is generally normal. Draniki are normal, but in Belarus they ate tastier and at the same time in many places.
Pancakes with ham and cheese with cream sauce are disgusting, they did not eat. The cheese did not melt evenly, most likely cheap cheese. Semolina sauce is so tasteless, it resembles the sauce in the institute canteen. In general, I can't put more than three and we won't come to this network anymore.

I asked her to remove / replace the slices from the steak, to which she replied they go as an additional, so they will not be there.
I ordered fresh, which I received 20 minutes after ordering.
My friend received the slices 10 minutes after the return of the refrigerator.
After almost an hour of time, they bring me a steak with slices, i.e. the waiter does not know the composition of the dishes, and the roasting was medium well in the end)
Although it was stated that they do not have such roasts.
I had to give up the dish and go hungry.
There is a house going on in the institution: everyone is running around, making mountains of dishes on empty tables, dissatisfied guests are around.
Think several times about whether it is worth going to such a place.

Само заведение симпатичное, современное и уютное, бывала ранее несколько раз и всегда оставалась довольна соотношением цена/качество. Но 20.07.2023 хотела провести время в кругу близких - был день рождения. Мною был забронирован стол на 5 человек на вечер. Приехали к назначенному времени, видно было, что посадка полная. Оказалось, наш стол был не забронирован, администратор лишь предложил то, что «осталось»: пару мест на проходе и на терассе, но не для 5 чел, и убежал. К сожалению, стало очень неприятно, что это должен был быть вечер в кругу семьи, и пришлось экстренно искать новое место. Хотелось написать сразу в книгу жалоб, но терять время и портить настроение еще больше не хотелось, т.к. пришлось еще искать новое место, поэтому хотя бы здесь напишу. Ставлю 1 звезду за то, что в прошлом году сотрудники подготовились к этому, и все было на уровне. Косяки везде бывают, и я это понимаю, но сотрудник никак не захотел решить проблему, сказал какие места остались и убежал дальше по своим делам, стало абсолютно неприятно от такого отношения.

Хорошее заведение, мест достаточно, есть места как на летней веранде, так и внутри с кондиционером. Еда очень вкусная, особенно люблю одну пиццулю за которой всегда прихожу сюда и на доставку теперь заказываю вместо остальных)
