I went to print it out. The guy did everything quickly and professionally. It was my fault they missed the size. I redid everything without talking. Although it was a photo printer, not a car, the colors came out correctly, without distortions. I thought about going into the stationery later, but I was surprised that they had everything, pens, notebooks, and pencils. Saved at least half an hour.

They take photos of documents with their hands (there is no money left for the tripod, all the money went to the license) the horizon is littered, the background is white but with a texture like a tarpaulin, they still adjust it on the photo editor, but they do it very badly. The profile of the head, face and hair is just a ladder, and when zoomed in, everything turns into squares, as if the resolution is not 300 dpi, but only 30. In short, not to the council. You can only come here out of desperation, because there are others within a radius of 10 km. photo shops. In general, if you ask a friend to take a picture of you on a white background with a smartphone camera, and then crop and correct it in the built-in smartphone photo editor, you will get a better result.
