A cool chain of stores. I took a suit for a wedding, shoes. Everything was of good quality. Plus good sellers. Winter shoes are also normal. I also took a hoodie in 2020, it is very well worn. I like this place, and probably for two reasons, it's the seller, and the location.
Further from the pros, it is very lucky that there is a sewing studio through the transition, this is a cool solution, and how it looks only adds pleasant emotions. I would even call him Papa Carlo's comorca, well, that's why there are such associations, in a good sense of the word. It's very cozy there, everything is so compact, and at the same time practical.
I recommend to all men who want to dress up quite efficiently, quickly and quite inexpensively for any occasion. All purchases left a good impression, especially the last one, a light beige coat, at a fabulous price and with a very fast and cool fit to the figure...it's almost November, it's for a warm autumn, but I don't want to shoot)))

In an online chat on the website on 11/19/2023 at 18:09, I asked a question about the assortment, judging by the widget there are online operators. I did not receive an answer. On 11/10/2023 at 16:51 I reminded myself again there. Zero reaction, the operators are still online. Today, 11.11.2023 at 16:51, I reminded myself for the last time. My personal stylist keeps a proud silence, apparently an insanely busy man... The automatic phrase "You will be answered as soon as possible" looks like a mockery. If, at the stage of the first contact, the company behaves in this way towards a potential client, then, obviously, it is not worth contacting it. I will give my hard-earned money to competitors who have heard about the customer service.
P.S. the owner's answer kills on the spot. Yes, the widgets may be faulty, well, check and apologize, and do not try to move out as you do in my and other comments. I know how such widgets work on the site, even if the integration is off, the data does not disappear, plus I wrote to you for three days at different times. In such situations, in addition to text / verbal apologies, you can offer a bonus or a personal discount to the client, motivate them to contact and communicate in order to restore their loyalty (by the way, I have screenshots of appeals to the "chat on the site" widget section and I was ready to send them to help you figure out this situation and become better in the future), but you didn't do any of that ("it'll do!"). And yes, I saw the phone numbers, but it was more comfortable for me to get answers in the chat, and if you can't set up this functionality exactly, delete it altogether and increase the loading speed of the site, at the same time there will be no reviews like mine. Today, 12/01/2023 - all correspondence in the widget is displayed correctly, but there is still no response to any message. Service "super supreme": made an order through an online store with pickup from the store on Independence. The order was made for 6 pairs in order to exactly redeem one, this was refused via Viber, saying that the order was a maximum of 3. Delivery was promised the next day after 15:00. I asked if they could before, but I didn't get an answer. On the day of delivery, I called to clarify whether the shoes would be at 15:00 or earlier, they replied that it was possible to arrive from 15:00. Arrived at 18:45 across the city during rush hour. The seller girl says: And they didn't bring your shoes to us, but you can wait 20 minutes. It just killed, that is, they could not have brought it before, but here they are ready in 20 minutes. I didn't wait, because there was no time.
The service completely discouraged me from ever buying anything else here, even though I had bought 2 suits, trousers and shoes before.
I advise the owners to better select the staff who are hired.

We came to the store on Victory Square on the recommendation of a very large number of people. We were choosing a suit for the groom. Evgeny is a pro in his field, he picked up an excellent option. However, customer orientation is very, very lame. To begin with, in addition to Eugene, there were two other young girls there (I didn't really understand their purpose). They obviously weren't taught to greet customers, I haven't seen such a complete disregard for a long time. Throughout the whole process of choosing a costume, these girls talked about tiktok, about personal, about how best to download the series at work. We were there for about an hour, no one offered me, let alone tea/coffee. And even sit down. Although the store positions itself as a rather "cool" place. It seemed that they were not very interested in what was happening. We eventually chose the costume (because we were determined to buy everything the first time). However, I will not go there a second time and I will not advise everyone. You want to feel like you're nobody.This is it.

I have been to this store several times and each time the impressions get worse and worse, I do not understand what kind of target audience they claim and what kind of customer orientation they are talking about, a couple of dry facts from the last visit:
- in the extreme fitting room, the one closer to the wall and the mirror, the light does not work and there is a large amount of cobwebs and some dirt on the ceiling
- the salesman-guy starts lifting your shirt without permission and touching your waist trying to figure out the size (other visitors, like me, twitched in confusion during this intervention)
- the seller comes to the fitting room and pulls back the curtain without asking to see how you are there (yes, this is a store of high customer orientation and level, I remind you), in my opinion, in the market as a child, measuring on a cardboard behind the curtain and then treated privacy with respect :)?
- an absolutely incomprehensible story with dimensions, asking for more /Do they tell you we don't have any shorter/longer ones or what, you don't want them too high? Although judging by the website, this model has a large size grid and if there is no one in this store, maybe it's worth consulting where there is?
In general, a very strange place, and at a different point on the "Silhouette", plus or minus the same attitude and level of staff work.
Conclusion: things of good quality and material, there are quite adequate models, but the level of staff work and the condition of the premises wants the best, if you do not want to spoil your mood, it is better to order online or choose another store. On the other hand, if you are nostalgic for the market and sudden invasions of personal space and opening the curtain, then this is a good place to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the "90s market"

They have been putting on a week in the studio itself. But, of course, they failed in a week. On the appointed day, nothing was ready, the suit was not given, the specific date when it will be ready was not indicated. As a result, two weeks have passed, there is no news from the atelier, there is no costume, the money has been paid. There are only proceedings ahead at the official level. I have never seen such a bottom before.

They are kicked out of the fitting rooms, constantly rushing to choose things. "You're overplaying" was said to me when, after waiting for 15 minutes, I was reminded that I was waiting for an M-size jumper to be found. Oh, I forgot, while I was waiting, he even asked me if I could come by later. Not a store, but a total stuffing of sales, where the emphasis is primarily on speed rather than on the feelings of the customer.
Also, they violate personal boundaries with their communication on "you", even though they are also children, but even with the age generation, with people who are 20-30 years older than them, they also turn to you.
