We made a pre-order for pizza delivery for 21 hours on a weekday. And it was very unpleasant when the courier was 20 minutes late, explaining that 20 minutes is the standard delivery time (read: late!) by pre-order. At the same time, there is not a single word about this anywhere on the site, anywhere in the application. Then why do you offer such a feature to customers if you can't work it out to the fullest? There are no questions about taste, but it would be worth working on the quality of delivery!
