We punched the payment for pizza, sat waiting for 20 minutes, asked when it would be ready, and as a result, the pizza was not punched at all. The payment went through, and the pizza didn't even begin to be made.

If it were possible to give 0 stars, I would have. Disgusting service, rude staff, unbearably slow work, waiting for basic orders, both ready-made and regular coffee or cocktail - 10 minutes.
