There are questions about the basic standards of service and compliance with sanitation.norm
Why do you have food delivery at the beginning of the establishment, where couriers in jackets shake their hands over food and use these hands without gloves to collect orders for guests themselves? The same question about gloves or waiter trays , where is the compliance ? However, it is most unpleasant to see how your food is collected and what happens to it before being handed over. The waiting time is said to be 15-20 minutes, I arrive in 30 minutes - the food is not even packed in a bag and, moreover, without a lid on the container and they are still shaking dirty hands over it. The tables are sticky , the waiters are unhappy with the requests of the guests of the establishment , the dust on the lamps can already be served as a seasoning for dishes . There is no concentration of waiters and receptionists. In general, there is a big and fat disadvantage to maintenance and compliance with san. norm. You may find my review unpleasant, but it 's worth thinking about the efficiency and cohesion of the team. You are in a very passable shopping center, follow the rules and see how you will have more guests .

I don't know what happened, but two times in a row they didn't bring pizza, but breadcrumbs, there's no other way to call it. I didn't say anything at the time, but this time I'm sorry! The administrator Korolina contacted me and began to find out what the issue was. I say the pizza arrived, it's dry, the chicken is dry, I got the impression that this pizza was just warmed up and brought, to which she tells me to send a photo, she sent it. She calls back and says: I see from the photo that everything is fine, and there is sauce and chicken. (that is, she appreciated the taste from the photo) I'm saying that I didn't say that there was something missing, the pizza itself is dry, there is something to compare it with, because it's not the first time we order, to which the administrator Korolina tells me that it's always dry on a thin dough. When I said that your chef doesn't know how to cook, it means there was silence in response. The conclusion is that Arena City pizza is always dry on thin dough. Probably the administrator Korolina herself does not know what a pizza should look like, let alone taste. It's very frustrating that you treat your customers this way. Ruined evening and mood.

On the one hand, this is good, on the other - if a person sees that we are flipping back and forth through the menu and talking, then why approach? There were 3-4 people besides us, there were 7-8 hours.
Farther. We all made an order, 2 pizzas in total. They brought everything at the same time in 10 minutes. But the pizza that was ordered earlier was already cold, dry and burnt. It was so bad that it crunched with every bite. The second pizza, which was ordered later, was warm.
The drinks were served in dirty dishes. I worked at the bar myself, and purely on principle I sat rubbing a glass with a napkin (pina colada, no photo). The milkshake glass was also dirty (photo).
There are no questions for the staff, but for the service as such, yes. 3 crispy pizzas out of 10

I don't recommend a place, except to drink coffee and kill time, and even then I can't guarantee the quality of the drink, we haven't tried it.
it takes an hour in all establishments for the main dishes, well, not pizza, there is no waiter all the time, everyone defiantly turns away and leaves, we paid off with the first one, because again, ours was not there

We were at this institution on 18.01.2025 in the evening, there was a big company, celebrating the birthday of a child of 5 years old!
While there were no children, we ordered 3 pizzas for 6 people , waited for 30 minutes, despite the fact that the cafe was 50% full! The pizzas arrived , but there were no plates , of course we waited in the hope that they would be brought , but no , there was no question about it , they brought only 3 pieces upon request , although at that time there were 6 adults ! I'm not talking about napkins at all, there weren't any! Then more adults and children came , ordered more food and ice cream for the children , everyone waited a very long time , we went to get the ice cream ourselves , asked when it would be brought to the store , they brought it 15 minutes later and everything melted ! When the food arrived, the waiters didn 't even clean our table , you can imagine that we had a dump there! Next, we asked the waiter several times about a cake with a candle, what we wanted to order, when we ordered, she brought a cake without candles, we said that we asked for a candle, to which she made a surprised face and said you did not order with a candle! We asked her to bring a candle, but in the end she was gone for 7 minutes! This is the most terrible maintenance tempo!

We went on a day off with the children for lunch, made an order.
The first order arrived for me in about 30 minutes. And the children in an hour! For exactly an hour, the children waited for one serving of French fries and cheesecakes. We distracted the children as much as we could, the children ate bread while they waited. We went out into the hall to distract ourselves, but we still didn't carry the order. The husband asked them directly: when? (And we were waiting for fries, cheesecakes, borscht and pasta)
The waitress replied: We don't know, there are a lot of people on the second floor, a lot of orders.
An hour later, I specially went up to the second floor, there were 4 tables occupied in total, although one for 8 people.
The pasta was brought to my husband when we were already leaving angry. The pasta was super spicy, it was impossible to eat, which we were not warned about.
The result: minus more than 100 rubles, minus an hour of life, bad mood, hungry husband, half-starved children

We came to the pizzeria on 10.01, there were 5 of us, ordered hot, 3 dishes of the same, brought 2, and after almost an hour and the third. But, the fact is that there are not enough cutlery in the establishment, that is, we had to wait until the forks were free at another table and only after that we could start eating. And that's not all!!! They ordered alcohol, brought 3 glasses and one glass. The glasses were waiting for half an hour.
We left in a bad mood, I've never been in such a situation before.

I come here every week, sometimes 2 times. A great quiet place, pleasant waiters, everything is very tasty. kids like the clown from the menu. We always order classic Margaritas, so the last week has shown that the pizzeria does not refine a little to the quality that it had a couple of weeks ago, the pizza is made dry, the cheese is significantly less and distributed unevenly, the dough is all baked. I drew the attention of the staff to this.

A company of 8 people, 4 adults and 4 children, came on 11/22/2024, Went up to the second floor, there were 3-4 free tables. There were no signs that they could reserve. The waiter offered us to sit at one table, all 8 people because, according to him, one table is provided for one company. After the outrage, they still agreed to provide a second table.
I was very upset that this approach is for big companies.

Disgusting attitude of the staff! There were six people sitting in a company, as a result, one person left absolutely hungry without waiting for ANYTHING, and the second did not see his coffee! The pieces of chicken were huge, not in a good way - just shapeless balls, under which a slice of pizza fell through and tore. It tasted good, but after an hour and a half there was heaviness in the stomach, heartburn, and so on for 12 hours (there was no opportunity to take pills, after they felt better). I didn't like the caramel dessert. The white mulled wine is good.
