Now the review is more about delivery than pizza. I ordered a pizza two days before the date so that it would be delivered at lunchtime to work. We wanted to please the boys, February 23rd after all. The order was for 14.50, but we were informed that the courier could arrive at 15.05. OK.
And so on February 23, 15.03 - I call, a nice girl informs me that the courier has two more minutes. I'm waiting. After 10 minutes, the administrator calls and informs you that the pizza will be in an HOUR! When will lunch be over? People, I ordered pizza in advance, and I wasn't even warned. If I had known, I would have canceled the order without negativity, I would have done it elsewhere. But now I will NEVER order here, no trust. I had to run to another pizzeria all lunch, where they quickly did everything for me, but we were able to arrange a holiday for the boys only at the end of our free time.
Very ugly. Why take so many orders for a certain time if you can't deliver them? Why do you have so few couriers then? Or the chefs? Please think about your logistics. Personally, I don't want to contact you anymore.
