The other day, my friend and I decided to go to the MZL and did not regret it!
The friendly waiters helped us choose a cozy table and the overall very cozy atmosphere was hooked. We couldn't decide on the order for a long time, the waiters also helped us decide on the order (they were bribed by the fact that they are well versed in the menu)
Unfortunately, with an average workload, we waited a long time for an order, but the food was worth it.
I definitely recommend visiting this place,

How many times have I visited this institution, each time it gets worse and worse. Previously, we often liked to sit here with friends after work, but it feels like the staff is trying their best to make sure that they don't come to them anymore. I can only mention one young red-haired waitress, I'm sorry, I don't know her name, but she was always friendly and did her job very well. Unlike the Receptionist, who on our last visit (April 25) allowed herself to yell, roll her eyes and show aggression when I just came up to clarify about the armor of the tables. To my remark that I didn't like it and shouldn't do it, she tried to prove to me in the same way that she wasn't yelling at me.
Over the last two visits, I have been extremely disappointed.
The first time, we waited for almost an hour to be approached to take an order, and then we carried it for 40 minutes, despite the fact that the hall was almost empty. The waitresses were just actively chatting at the bar.
I admit that since that time the staff of the waiters has changed a lot and April 25 was much better in this regard.
The cuisine and prices are quite good for establishments of this kind, for which + one star.
Another of the disadvantages, it can be quite dirty sometimes, somehow one of my friends dropped something and, reaching out, found just clumps of dust under the sofa and someone had long forgotten a dirty fork.
But to be honest, the lack of any loyalty program for regular customers and, moreover, active resistance from the staff discourage any desire to visit this institution.
I'll come back in a month to see if anything has changed. But I have little hope of that.

The food is absolutely not worth the money, tasteless, not causing emotions. No one met at the entrance, although the hall was almost empty, we went to look for a place ourselves, sat down clearly on a broken sofa and went to look for a place further. They just imposed additional dishes on us without even hinting that they are paid separately, as salesmen are certainly well done, but this attitude towards guests is humiliating, given that someone can count on a certain amount. One dish was completely forgotten to cook. There were no napkins or water at the table. But this is much better than my last visit: 2 years ago I was poisoned by them and had a fever for 3 days) so overall they are growing!) I would not believe good reviews, because on every table there is an advertisement "sweet present for a sweet review", I think good establishments do not use such tricks) the information guide for friends is incredible, I will tell everyone my impressions for a long time) everything is so bad that I wrote a review for the first time.

The food in the cafe is not bad, the waiters work conscientiously - polite, fast, attentive.
But all their enthusiasm is being killed by one person, the receptionist, Ella: The waiters are running around like crazy, and the receptionist is not even helping to distribute the load - she is on the phone. The tables are in a mess because the waiters don't have time, and the receptionist doesn't organize the process. Instead of supporting the team, there is only criticism and inaction. Once I saw a waiter apologizing for the delay, but the receptionist didn't even come over to help. I work in catering myself, and I sympathize with this institution. I really want the management to see this review and take some measures.
