Good afternoon. We visited the establishment on a pre-holiday evening. The room was not empty, but the waiter did not keep her waiting, by the way, Olga. We were with a child. We ordered a large pizza with hot peppers and nuggets with drinks. The order arrived within 10-15 minutes. The delight of delicious pizza cannot be conveyed. I was here today at lunchtime, on January 17th, it was just awful. The attitude is terrible, the food is stale. Borscht and pasta with a cutlet were served. The cutlet has some kind of rotten cheese with carrots, the cutlet itself is hard and stale. The pasta is not fresh, as if they were cooked a week ago, and now they are warmed up.… The place itself is dirty, and I'm sure there are cockroaches crawling in the kitchen. Anyway, it's a booze joint that I don't advise anyone to go to, it should be closing by now.

However, I used to like set meals more. It was possible not to take the whole complex, but to buy what you like. For example, only the second course and salad. Or who likes what...
a few friends also said that they used to like dinners more and now go to another place... Where there is a choice...
They stopped going to set meals. In the cafe, the smell of the canteen...
In October 2022, they ordered Pepperoni pizza. There is very little sausage. Three times less than it was before. There are no packages. As a result, three boxes must be carried in your hands... Although a couple of years ago, pizza was one of the most delicious in the city ...

It was one of the most frustrating visits to the restaurant. It became clear from the very beginning that there was no organization at all. Waiters greet guests in rumpled clothes, which gives the impression of negligence and a complete lack of professionalism.
Despite the fact that only four tables were occupied in the hall, the service left an extremely unpleasant impression. There were two waitresses working for the entire hall and the banquet, who obviously had no training. They were confused, didn't know how to respond to questions, and instead of solving problems, they just threw up their hands, saying that "this is not their table." The girls obviously tried, but they just weren't prepared for the job, and it's the management's fault.
The kitchen couldn't save the situation either. We waited 30 minutes for pizza, which is supposed to be the main course of the restaurant. And then we were simply confronted with the fact: "We are not in time, take the one that the other guests refused." It's not a service, it's a mockery of the guests.
The tartare, which we ordered at the same time as the pizza, did not arrive even after 1.5 hours. As a result, I had to abandon it, since it was simply impossible to wait any longer.
When the time for the calculation finally came, the impressions worsened even more. The checks were written out manually, and the calculations took so long that it seemed as if the staff simply did not understand how it worked.
Obviously, the restaurant's problems lie not in the waiters or the kitchen, but in the management, which is unable to organize the work of its establishment. As a result, neither the cuisine, nor the service, nor the atmosphere leave any reason to return here. I strongly do not recommend it.

It's a disgusting place! On a day off, we decided to drop in for a snack at this institution. We sat down at a table, the waiters go, serve the next big table, no one comes up to us (there is a wedding at the big table). I called the waiter over and asked the question, "do you work at all or are you on special service?" the waiter replied, "yes, we are working, we are not closed!" To the question about the menu, she replied: "all the menus are at the next table, there are no free menus, wait!" Somehow, 10 minutes later, they brought us ONE menu for 5 people. Everything we ordered was delivered 30 minutes later (if not later). The waiters constantly served the "wedding", they don't care about the rest! The last straw was the rustic potatoes. It was difficult to call it "potatoes in a rustic way" because they were just black coals! I asked for a book of comments and suggestions and the actual administrator of the institution. The receptionist replied that she personally brought us these potatoes and asked a logical question.: "Would you eat it yourself?" she replied "No", but then why submit such a thing?? She offered to wait, everything will be redone. Their joint with potatoes was included in the final check, when in other establishments it is "at the expense of the institution"! If it used to be the most favorite place in the city, now it is the MOST TERRIBLE PLACE! It's uncomfortable, there are no people, it's a dead place. I do not recommend it.

Of the cons:
- They warned that their terminal was broken and payment is possible in cash when we ate half of what we ordered. It was good that the required amount was with him.
- They brought the pasta. I see that there is no fork in the basket, please bring it. I'm waiting, there's no fork. And this despite the fact that apart from the two of us, there was no one in the establishment. I had to eat pasta with a spoon. When the waiter noticed this, going to the table for other plates, she brought it, without any apologies for the inconvenience. And, alas, almost everything was already eaten.
- I would like a bigger portion.
- The prices for some items, in my personal opinion, are a little too high.
- One evening in August, the establishment was closed 35 minutes earlier than the time indicated on the door.
