I was looking for performers to build two small houses for the family. I applied to this organization on the recommendation of my friends. I was pleasantly impressed by the level of service and attitude to my work at all stages - competent communication with me as a potential customer; clear pricing (a fairly detailed estimate, which I consider a big plus); listened to all my sometimes boring comments, questions and wishes; fairly prompt signing of the contract and the start of work. During the course of the work, of course, I kept track of everything that was happening. The guys were understanding and always answered questions. Sergey (the head) constantly provided feedback and photos from the place of work. There were some minor additions, but this is quite adequate, since such moments were always timely brought to me and discussed. I was satisfied with the quality of the work, the guys saved me from the torment of construction, completely taking over everything. I will definitely continue finishing and landscaping the site with them, as soon as I save some money)

They broke the contract to perform work with them. Any way they did, any way they finished the joints. As a result, they hired another team to finish it. It was a pity that there was no time for an independent examination and trial, urgent repairs were needed, because the deadlines per month were delayed 3 times. The hard workers admitted that some of the work was being done for the first time and, of course, it was done poorly. But the estimate is very detailed, you can see the discrepancy between the price and quality of the work. Well, the director leaves 5 stars for himself in the reviews... level.

Leveled the walls. Everything went from top to bottom in small waves. It was not immediately visible, but as the white wallpaper was glued, everything came out. I have never met worse "repairmen". And more expensive too. The laminate is all creaking. I don't advise anyone to contact them. It's just a horror, not a repair. We'll have to redo it. And smaller shoals are not easy to count.
