I got to Nadezhda on a recommendation, and now I understand why everyone praises me. Online recording is super convenient, you don't have to call anyone. I found the office the first time (thanks for the video instructions!), it's clean and quiet inside - you really relax. The detail that won me over: sweets and a cooler with water, a trifle, but it makes me feel good. Nadezhda works carefully, does not impose anything and explains everything.
