I didn't even have time to understand how the store was ruined. All the time we bought flowers only in this store, always fresh, affordable and close to home. I can understand everything... It's not a great party, but when a store refuses responsibility and puts everything on the customer, it's low. We bought roses in the morning at 9.30 , in the evening, without waiting for the birthday girl at 18.00, they had already wilted, the store replied that the vase was small and roses were an unpredictable flower.🙁 On the same day, we bought calla lilies in another store of the same chain. When asked how to take care of a flower, the seller replied that we needed to GOOGLE 🤔
