I want to express my dissatisfaction with the sellers of this flower shop. I came to buy bouquets for mother's Day today, while I was choosing, I noticed the disrespectful attitude of the sellers towards the customers. The man in front of me didn't hear the price, so they immediately started shouting at him. I chose bouquets in baskets and asked them to put them in special bags, as I was going to give bouquets only in the evening and I wanted to deliver them in good condition. At first, they misunderstood me and thought that I had asked them to move them from the basket to the bag. I start to explain that I just want to put them in an extra bag so as not to spoil them during transportation, to which they replied "That's stupid" and looked at me like a fool. There are no questions about the flowers themselves, they are beautiful and smell delicious, but because of such sellers, the whole impression of the store spoils.

The seller in this stall is a boor, it's too small to say. I came from the children at 20.40 for flowers, they have a working day until 21.00. They started shouting faster from the threshold, we are closing, they did not give us a choice. We took the flowers and immediately the seller started shouting, pay faster, my working day is over, to which I said that another 20 minutes of working time, to which the seller began to be rude again. I do not recommend this store. I've never seen worse service. The child was in shock, lost all desire to buy flowers there. A wish to the management: take a better look at your employees, because they are your face and they are responsible for your reputation.

While the seller was packing the flower, I watched her work (most likely the hostess, since it was her behavior that was very belligerent and frivolous) . I think that everyone is watching what is being done to them, and this is a completely normal situation. As a result, she couldn't pack the first time, to which she says to me: "why watch so closely"? Boorish attitude towards visitors, I decided that I have the authority to tell strangers what to do and where to look. Now it's clear why there are negative reviews. I won't go there anymore and I won 't advise anyone.
